Excelente localização, mas só este é o ponto positivo deste hotel. De resto: --- o ar condicionado dos quartos funcionava somente para o quente, quando em Caminha estavam 30 graus. Falei com a recepção que nos disse que as pessoas ainda tinham frio e que por causa disso o ac estava somente para o quente. Pareceu-me que simplesmente não queriam gastar dinheiro no ac. Vergonhoso com o calor que estava, a pessoa dormir com o quarto quente. --- pequeno.almoço uma desgraça, nem para um hotel de 3 estrelas servia. Fiambre com um ar nojento, pães duros, ovos mexidos que pareciam ser do dia anterior. --- pediu.se ovos estrelados, e a empregada, a única a trabalhar na sala, não os queria fazer. Após insistir, lá consegui os ovos. --- falta de staff no hotel: muitas vezes a recepção sem ninguêm, assim como no hotel em geral. Parece que o hotel está em auto-gestão, à espera que algum investidor pegue nele e dê uma volta de 180 graus. Pagamos 180 euros/ noite, o que é completamente ridículo em relação ao que nos foi oferecido na estadia. Uma vergonha. Tentei procurar o grupo a quem pertence este hotel, mas na internet aparece que o grupo está fechado permanentemente. A quem fazer uma reclamação?

The hotel concept with wine and the various themed room designs is good, as is the central location on the market square. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly. But that was about it... the rooms were small and smelly, as was the spa, which, on top of being very dark, seemed unusable. The shower was stylish, but it required an instruction manual, which was conveniently located in the shower, but some people would need glasses to read in the shower. We should have not taken up the half-board offer and eaten elsewhere. The really helpful server pushed her serving trolley like she was in a cafeteria, and the food was also of a low cafeteria standard. The tuna salad was more like a bean salad with a hint of tuna, the first wine we wanted to order (at the wine hotel) was unavailable, and there was only one bottle of the alternative we chose. All in all, a huge disappointment for a lot of money.
