We were warmly greeted by Joe upon arrival, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. The hospitality was truly 5-star. I also loved the beautiful flowers in the garden, which added to the charm and tranquility of the property. A few suggestions for improvement: I didn’t realise that the room I reserved did not come with a TV, so clearer information during the booking process would be helpful. The mattress was a little too firm for my preference, and the lighting in both the room and bathroom felt somewhat dim, although I understand this may be part of the cottage ambience. It may also be worth considering separating the bathroom light switch from the ventilation fan for added convenience. I would also suggest providing a kettle in each room rather than on a shared basis. Having cups and complimentary coffee or tea in the room would further enhance guests’ comfort and convenience. Overall, a lovely stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities for family gatherings, and exceptional service. I would be happy to return."
