Arrival - arrived at 11.30am - no arrival drink and no food available, not even to purchase. Had to find restaurant down the street. (not impressed after a 2am start) Bed Room - small but good, towels and a safe, cleaned everyday. Hotel - this is a 3 star hotel and definitely not a 4 star, food a mixture (water should be free at evening meals), evening entertainment v. poor, staff v. good. Need to do something about those pool loungers, not enough for the total guests staying at hotel and I won't mention those towels !! Area - if your a beach person, then perfect, the best I have ever been on, especially in nearby Salou. If not then there is nothing to do here unless you like visiting cities. This whole coast line is covered in hotels/apartments and rentals. Plenty of opportunities to walk/cycle, but a walk into Cambrils centre itself will take you 30 mins one way. And an even further walk into Salou. Buses outside hotel v. good, Planta bus company have an office just outside front of hotel (only open in mornings), also a v. good supermarket there too. You can hire bikes at hotel. Departure - had an early breakfast 6am (no hot food). Would I stay again, NO

Staying here at present, don't think be back. Impossible to get a sunbed. Towels reserving them all day. Not enough loungers.

Hotel en primera línea de playa inmejorable ubicación, limpieza excelente, trato exquisito del personal en todo momento interesándose por el cliente. Para nuestra opinión un bufet inmejorable de 10. Sin duda alguna volveremos a pasar por este gran hotel. Gracias por todo.

Chaque année un hôtel différent en Espagne et c’est celui qui m’a le moins plu. J’ai réservé en octobre pour fin août avec mon fils une suite junior vue mer et grosse déception en arrivant dans la chambre quand j’ai vu la taille du balcon où nous n’avons même pas la place d’y être à 2… avec vue sur les pins. Il s’agit d’une suite en angle je pense plus petite que toutes les autres. La salle de bain est plutôt spacieuse mais la porte ne ferme pas et il y a du moisi dans la douche. Pour un 4 étoiles bof. Le lit est grand et confortable et il y a un canapé lit pour une personne. Le pire de mon expérience c’est de trouver au 1er réveil un énorme cafard dans la chambre que j’ai immédiatement signalé à la réception. La personne à l’accueil avait l’air très étonnée mais j’ai bien vu que les femmes de chambre étaient habituées à s’en débarrasser. Du coup je me couche tous les soirs en vérifiant partout. Personne ne parle français dans cet hôtel. Heureusement j’ai quelques notions d’espagnol. Le parking est à 50 mètres de l’hôtel au prix de 10€ par jour. Le spa est gratuit il suffit de s’inscrire mais il est petit et vieillissant. Le massage d’une heure est à 65€. La masseuse est professionnelle et agréable mais la pièce est à refaire. C’est pas très accueillant. La piscine est jolie mais aucun transat disponible si vous ne posez pas vos serviettes de bonne heure… Le restaurant est pour moi la seule vraie note positive. C’est bon et il y’a du choix donc peut convenir à tout le monde. Pas de route à traverser pour la plage et vous avez sur la droite un petit restaurant de plage très agréable et très bon ou vous pouvez réserver les transats pour 25€ la journée.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and once again we had a great holiday. We emailed the hotel and asked for connecting rooms and were delighted they had granted our wish. As a bonus our rooms were ready on our arrival. The location of this hotel is great, right on the beach and between Cambrils and Salou. You can walk or catch a bus easily to both destinations. Bus stops literally opposite front of hotel. If using the bus a lot, buy a bus card and add bus trips onto it. Works out cheaper. Tarragona is the nearest large city and is well worth a trip, easily got to by local bus. There are Roman ruins, old town, market etc there. Cambrils is nice, lovely harbour, nice vibe to it, Salou is a bit livelier. The beach opposite the hotel is lovely, clean, and safe. You can hire beds and brollies etc. There are supermarkets minutes from the hotel for basics, bread, beer etc. Some nice Spanish restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel pool is relatively small but nice, they don't open it till 08.30 so towel blocking is something that can't really be done though I would suggest if you want a certain spot then be there at 08.30. We stayed bed and breakfast and had no complaints with regards breakfast, there was something for everyone and all very tasty and hot. Rooms are fine, free safe, kettle, fridge ( it takes a bit to cool but does eventually). Air con much needed as hit 40° when we were there. All staff were great and I must mention the young lady who sorted a car out for us to use on Friday 15th August ( sorry I didn't catch her name ) she was always incredibly helpful and I think we would of found it hard to get a car without her help. We drove up to Gandessa to see the Civil War Museum and deserted village. The bar staff were friendly, and we didn't mind that they turned Wolves over to watch Barcelona ( lol ). On the whole we would definitely return to this hotel. Another really nice stay.

Hôtel très bruyant les personnes claquent les portes à longueur de journée, les enfants courent dans les couloirs , wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien dans les étages et les photos de l’hôtel (des transats ) ne sont pas celles ci et c’est payant Le personnel est super ansi que le restaurant appart qu’il faut encore payer pour pouvoir boire à table
