Estival Centurión Playa

Quiet and calm location. Great breakfast!

Our 1st time in this area of Spain it being recommended to us and we had a very good experience in this hotel. Rooms clean and welcoming, food was extremely good as I could choose whatever I deemed appreciate to my Gluten Free diet. All food on the buffet was marked with the allergies so that mistakes could be avoided. There was fresh bread GF available on request for breakfast. Flat walk either way from the hotel was also good. We are now looking to return in 25 for another 2 weeks in the sun.

Me and my partner had a really lovely time at this hotel, and I have no doubt we will be back again in the near future. All the staff we came across were super friendly, and you could tell that they all worked incredibly hard to ensure guests had the best possible experience. Special shout out to one of the waiters (sadly I can't remember his name other than it began with a B). He was so kind!

Centurion is a great hotel. Fantastic variety of food. Rooms are comfortable with powerful showers. Drinks are great value. All the staff are friendly and real hard workers. Great position on the beach. Entertainment was appropriate for the guests. Tribute acts, violinist, magic show and acrobatic show. You won’t be disappointed!!

We loved the Estival Centurion Playa, we were welcomed on our arrival by friendly helpful receptionist, we did have to wait until 14:00 for our room but this wasn't a problem we waited around the pool area. we asked for a sea view when booking and we were happy that we were given a room (2016) on the 2nd floor over looking the sea. We found the hotel to be very clean, our room cleaned every day and fresh bedding most days. The food and choices for breakfast and evening meal was exceptional. The Estival Centurion Playa is situated in a quieter area of Cambrils, a few supermarkets, chemist, bars, the plana across the road, £10 euros for 10 bus trips then only £6 euros to top up for another 10 trips, ( if your a couple or family you can use the one card just tap for each person). Bike hire from the hotel. A 20 minute walk on the prom (right out of the back gate) will take you to the harbour, restaurants, cafes and many shops. A short bus ride through Salou to La Pineda takes you to a lovely beach area with a bay that is shallow you can walk out, safe for children, great for snorkelling. The bus will take you into Tarragona, a coastal city worth a visit. We had a ride to Reus town, Monday market day, stone buildings and quaint little side streets.

are 3rd time at this lovely hotel staff are brilliant the chef that cooks the meats does it exactly as my wife wanted every day rooms are kept lovely and clean .. there is a free sauna jaquzzi and steam room use it as much as u like.. beer prices are good are only complaint is the pool is so cold and it needs a pool vacum cleaner it needs a real good clean as we mentioned it when we was there in may 2
