Easy location to get to. Felt very secure in parking lot. Clean room and very nice front desk. Breakfast was satisfactory. Our only complaint was our shower curtain was too short and our bathroom floor got soaking wet and we stepped out to lots of water from the shower. Would definitely stay there again.

We would NOT stay here again. The room was clear of bugs. There was a large amount of mildew in the bathroom. The bathtub drain had gross looking buildup. There were nasty old chips inside the air unit. The carpet was stained and dingy looking. The breakfast was very limited and the orange juice was disgusting...even after attendant changed it out.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but perfect for a good night's sleep. Had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was good and everything was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was tight with a large horse trailer, but they were able to accommodate us. One item of note, the bathroom tub was extremely slippery while showering. Putting a hand towel down solved the problem

Nice clean modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast included with homemade gravy and lovely common area! I loved that they had a notepad and pen in the room. I still like to jot a reminder down and leave it out for me to see. Staff was great! Location is surrounded by restaurants, gas station, near to The Wilds safari and Salt Fork State Park. I would warn to be cautious in the shower-tub as it is slick. Not sure if it was from cleaning products or someone just used oils in the room I was in prior to me. Be careful!

the food looked old, bananas had spots, the gravy container look like it was days old on the inside, there was mold around the bath fixtures, there was a line on dirt on both sides of the hallways where the vacuum didn't get along the baseboards, the elevator floor was very dirty. not what we expected!

Overall, very good with only minor issues.
We got the cheapest room. The bed was comfy and the room was tiny. But this is our 4th year using this hotel and plan to continue to use this hotel for many years to come. Overall it's a great place to stay. Only notable issue is a lack of a Handicap ramp anywhere near the front door. There is one on either end of the building. This was an issue for us when pushing the cart out to our car to unload. They need to fix this.
