"I was in the UK for a couple of weeks and during that time had two stays here. On both occasions, and before when I’ve stayed, the staff were ALL exceptional. Honestly, they couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming and it really does make a difference. Thank you!! In addition the rooms are, as ever, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The only slight down side is the off site parking but it’s easy to drop others and luggage off at the hotel first before parking and it’s only a few minutes walk."

"The apartment in Camberley was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The amenities provided were well-maintained and contributed to a comfortable experience. It had a fully equipped kitchen including a washing/drying machine. A bit noisy when opening the windows as is in the main road. The bed was comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located in the town centre, next to the Atrium. The wifi was reliable. There was coffee and milk ready for me. The staff were always available via email or phone and ready to help with any requests or questions I had. Though it may not have a full range of on-site amenities, the overall experience was very satisfactory. "

He was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. "Stayed at Travelodge Frimley, had a pleasant experience from an incredible welcoming staff to a very comfortable stay. Clean space, amenities, reasonable pricing and very lovely staff made my days just better. A free car park in the vicinity, warm cozy pub next door serving roasts and drinks with reasonable price. Cannot find a fault. Will stay again!!"
