VI PLACE
"We were among the first guests at this brand new property. It was a wonderful experience; the room and the spaces are beautiful and smell fresh. The location is perfect, and our room had a sea view. We had a studio suite with a very convenient kitchenette. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back soon!"
Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze ★★★★
"The hotel has a beautiful setting, and even the standard rooms have terraces. There's a restaurant on the fifth floor. The hotel staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering dinner on the fifth floor, as the food, except for the cocktails, is not very good."
Hotel Sylvia ★★★
"Very nice little place, staff always available and kind. Really great location just a stone's throw from the sea and the promenade but not immersed in the confusion. I would go back without problems with a few more precautions when booking."
Park Hotel Villa Ariston ★★★★
"Historic villa, set in a unique park. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay from all points of view. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast by the pool with attention to the smallest details In short, an unforgettable holiday...that makes you want to return"
Hotel Nuovo Tirreno ★★★
"Our experience at this hotel was truly amazing, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Teresa. The cleanliness and proximity to the beach added to our overall satisfaction. We are incredibly grateful for our time here. I can truly recommend this for everyone!"
Hotel Europa ★★★★
"Free parking, but contact the hotel in advance to reserve a parking space."
Villa Borgovecchio B&B ★★★★
"We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for 3 nights in April, and it was truly the highlight of our entire holiday in Tuscany. The family who runs the villa made us feel so welcome and at home; they are incredibly warm and kind. The dinners they prepared were absolutely delicious, and enjoying them while watching the sunset over the stunning landscape was unforgettable. Breakfasts were just as perfect, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The rooms were even more beautiful than the photos; and that’s saying a lot, because usually the reality doesn’t live up to the pictures! Everything was spotless, charming, and very comfortable. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!"
Hotel Regina ★★★
"Excellent location a few steps from the sea, clean rooms even if a little dated, excellent welcome, absolutely change the agreement with the arrogant SODINI bathroom and terrible service, poor food and the bartender needs to change profession"
Hotel Lido Inn ★★★
"ve been more than 30countries , hundreds of cities and hotels as well. And this is the worst hotel i ve ever stayed so far. We had train at 8am and because of that we were at lobby to check out at 7am . Even if we informed them about this previous day There were no staff around and in reception as well. We found a lady who was setting table for breakfast and we asked about breakfast she said NO breakfast before 8am then we requested her call a taxi .. she said NO again… and she wrote phone number of taxi on a piece of paper and passed it to us and she wanted us to call them! We needed to leave to catch train and we walked 40minutes under sun 30degree of weather to train station it was like nightmare . On the other hand, hotel even if close to beach they are in the middle of no where … one of the last hotel in coast ….Think twice when you book this hotel"

Hotel Club I Pini - Boutique Hotel & Residenza d'Epoca
"A fantastic place to stay and relax and all down to our hosts Nicola, Cesare and the rest of the Hotel Club I Pini team! Our room, overlooked the lovely and relaxing front garden, was clean, extremely comfortable and serviced each day. The hotel has good links with the Amore beach and they can arrange to book this for you if required. The beach is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Each night during our stay we dinner is served in the garden. The food is beautiful and the choice of wines very wide and Cesare is on hand to assist with wine pairing suggestions. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide choice of cereal, meats and cheese, fruit and drinks on offer....and the coffee is fantastic. We very highly recommend the Hotel Club I Pini, a villa with a wonderful history which simply adds to the overall ambience. Our thanks to both Nicola and Cesare and the whole team. A fantastic place to relax and be happy....we are already looking forward to our next stay with you!"
Hotel Siesta
"Excellent location and view ... but the spaces, especially for shower ( st.504) provide quite lean customers ... sufficient breakfast for quality and variety, but without excellence. Interesting free parking."
Hotel Mariotti
"We've been returning to this property for several years and are reunited with old acquaintances. The hotel is very welcoming, clean, and in an excellent location. The beach and promenade are just a few meters away, and the parking lot is fenced and has a password-protected gate. You'll forget about using your car because everything is within easy reach. The food is excellent and plentiful, and attentive to every need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The family-run atmosphere makes everything even more welcoming. Highly recommended!"
Petit Hotel
"This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever booked in Italy. Extremly friendly, cozy place. Home made cakes and bread by Marta is definitely best breakfast in Italy ever. Rooms are big, very clean and you feel immediately like home. I must recommend this unique hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy Versilia"
Relais Corte Rodeschi
"Amazing place surrounded by nature and old architecture. The rooms are very nice, good breakfast and lovely people working there. There is also a big swimming pool and garden, which makes it even better. Would definitely recommend staying here!"
Hotel Residence Villa Jolanda
"The family-run *** hotel. The structure and furnishings are a bit dated, located in front of the pedestrian street that leads to the various beaches. The room (no. 27), on the second floor, is sufficiently spacious with a wardrobe, small desk and dresser. A small terrace overlooks the small swimming pool with a sea view in the background. Bathroom: with shower, bidet and sink (with window). A small fridge is provided. Adjustable air conditioning. Quiet room. We had half board. Breakfast: the always fresh fruit salad and the small homemade pastries were appreciated. Dinner: self-service buffet for starters. Not a huge choice but everything was quality. First and second courses and desserts of your choice served at the table. Quality cuisine with good raw materials. Not elaborate dishes, but simplicity is the winning card. Everything was much appreciated. The portions are generous with the possibility of seconds! Also worth mentioning was the delicious homemade ice cream (as were all the desserts). Very friendly and kind staff. We had a nice stay from all points of view. The affiliated beach is Lido Davide, a few metres from the hotel."
Peralta Tuscany
Badia Giulia
"Fantastic experience! We were welcomed warmly and treated like family. The apericena and breakfasts were fabulous. Everything was spotless. We loved learning some of the historical details of the building. Thankyou Giuliana and Rossano !"
Hotel Piccadilly
"We stayed in this hotel for the third time and always during the carnival period. I really like the structure, from the external hailstones, the presence of the lift to the rooms. Simple, sober rooms equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent for the sea, a little far from the Viareggio Carnival, but the walk is pleasant. European breakfast, good and with various desserts. Friendly and helpful staff, always present. Excellent quality/price. Pillows not present in the wardrobe, but brought to the room on request. The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but all useful and functional. The only thing I really didn't like were the paintings in the rooms (but that's not a fundamental thing!). Very hot in the room, even with the fan on on the cold. Bathroom fan quite noisy, until it turns off, I was afraid that the neighbors would be annoyed by it."
Villa Il Fortino
Hotel Harmony-Smile
"We stayed at Harmony Smile for two nights for the festival La Prima Estate. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and Ines did everything she could to make our stay very comfortable. It was the perfect weekend getaway and I would thoroughly recommend staying there!"
Hotel Biagi & Residence
Hotel Sirio
"A beautiful hotel. Extremely clean in all areas, very warm welcome, friendly staff, comfortable room (402) with a large bathroom. There was a wide choice of foods for breakfast. This was a last minute booking and we would highly recommend others to stay here. "
Hotel Laurin
"Hotel Laurin enjoys a prime location between Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio, making it incredibly convenient for exploring both areas. You can reach both promenades within a five-minute walk, and the beach—including the free beaches—is directly in front of the hotel, just across the street. Whether you're after a relaxing day by the sea or a leisurely stroll along the shore, this hotel places you right in the middle of it all. The staff at Hotel Laurin are exceptionally friendly, giving the impression that the hotel is family-run. They are attentive to customers' needs and ensure a pleasant stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the daily room cleaning service, which I hadn’t anticipated. The complimentary breakfast, while not extraordinary, was decent considering the price paid. A standout feature was the waitress, always ready to assist with a big smile—a charming reflection of Italian hospitality. Upon entering the room, the initial impression was somewhat disappointing. The furniture appeared to be from the 1970s, and it was evident that some updates were needed. For example, the shower head was hanging loose, which could have easily been fixed with a simple wall attachment. However, despite the dated appearance, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a significant advantage in the summer heat. Given the prices during the high season, the room offered good value for money. If you're not expecting luxury, this hotel provides a reasonable compromise between comfort and cost. Overall, my experience at Hotel Laurin was positive, largely due to its excellent location, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. While the room's outdated decor might initially disappoint, it’s a minor issue when considering the competitive pricing. When rating this hotel, it’s important to factor in your expectations and the value for money, and in this regard, Hotel Laurin certainly fulfils the task. Everything was clean and functional, making it a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay."
