It's a great value. It's comparable to a 60,000 won motel in Korea. I thought it would be dirty because of the cheap price, but it was clean. The water runs well and the air conditioning works great. In the Philippines, at this price, it's truly comparable to a motel. The interior facilities and scenery are nice. There's no pool, and lizards are everywhere. The only downside is that it's in a remote area.

Usually this price would be like a motel, but it's well-decorated like a resort.
