20多年的旅行經驗，第一次認認真真給出最差的評價！只是希望不要有更多的旅行者被騙。
1. 衛生:
吃完早餐，我們一行六人，有三個人拉肚子。
床單上像是沒有換過，但是房間都沒有指示告訴我們如何聯繫前台。再加上我們入住太晚，孩子們很累，於是就穿著衣服睡覺。
2. 設備:
搭電梯時，我被困在電梯裡。按黃色警鈴完全沒有反應。大約被關一分鐘後，電梯門自己打開，我兩腿發軟走出來，正好遇到工作人員。向工作人員求助，應該如何步行去我所在的樓層，工作人員像看**一樣看著我，沒有給我任何幫助。
12點退房之後可以用游泳池，但是卻沒有浴巾提供！如果需要浴巾，需要租！而同一座建築裡的另一家酒店卻可以免費提供。兩家酒店入住費用是差不多的。
3. 服務:
距離酒店5公里，原本是亮點，但是打車方面卻成了軟肋。酒店沒有接駁服務，機場的的士司機因為距離近，不願意打表，要100美金。我打電話給酒店前台求助，前台說春節期間就是這樣！我帶著老人和孩子，祈求酒店後，幫我叫了200000越南盾的出租車。可事實是，春節期間從除夕到初三我都在越南，初一從哈瓦那酒店打車去vinpearl纜車，也是5公里，收費儘100000越南盾。
4. 性價比:
同樣的價格，我在市中心哈瓦那酒店住了兩晚，完全是不同的體驗。

출국전 잠시 0.5박 으로 잡았어요.
룸은 혼자 지내기에 편할정도
뷰는 수영장이랑 바다보이고 좋네요.
수영장 이용은 안해봤는데 사이즈는 꽤 큽니다. 멀리 바다근처에 유수풀 같은게 있는거 같은데 이용하는사람은 안보였어요.
주변이 아직 활성화 안되서 그런가 분위기가 한적합니다.
주변상점 공실이 대부분입니다. 푸꾸옥 빈펄 가는길느낌이에요.
주변만 좋아진다면 나쁘지 않을거같아요.

The red-eye flight arrived at 6 o'clock, and I had sent an email to inform him of the situation before. I specifically chose a hotel that was close to the airport and cheap, so I could arrive early and catch up on sleep. The shower water in the room was very small, so I just washed myself casually. 定的三人間 上樓一看就是個大床房 下樓溝通説一會加床 酒店本身沒有圖片的三人間的那種房型 加床很不舒服 彈簧硬 淋浴間沒有放洗漱用品的地方 房間小 也不太乾淨 游泳池想找個工作人員沒找到 附近能吃飯的地方很少 進城吃飯打車來回200人民幣 真後悔 應該還是住沉香塔附近就好了 起碼吃飯方便 當初就是圖離機場近 沒想到周圍沒配套設施 就是個空城

14시 체크인 이었으나, 청소중이라고 14시30분이 되어서야 입실하였습니다. 출국을 위해 6시간 머물기위해 잡은 숙소였습니다.
체크아웃시 버기 요청하였고, 컨시어지는 5분간 룸체크 후 체크아웃 진행해 주겠다고 했습니다. 하지만 10분 뒤 마스터키가 없으니 투숙객인 저희에게 직접 방에 다시 키를 가져다 놓으라고 번역기로 시켰습니다. 마스터키가 없다면서 키를 방에 두고 문을 닫으면 방은 누가 열수 있나요? 방 두개 모두 카드키를 꽂아두고 방문 열어두고 사진으로 전달했습니다.
이미 15분 이상 지났고, 공항 샌딩 업체와의 시간이 다 되어가서 항의했더니 룸체크 없이 체크아웃이 되었다고 했습니다. 대체 왜 키를 꽂아두고 오라고 시키고 웨이팅을 시킨건지 이해가 안갑니다.
체크아웃이 되었으니 가라고...
처음에 말한 버기는 어떻게 된거냐고 하니 차를 그제서야 부릅니다.
불만족 가득한 숙소였습니다.
