Well maintaining beautiful swimming pool and beach. Empty and nothing around. Far from next town. Only one restaurant from resort open but over pricing average 4-8 times from outside resort.

무료 짐 보관 서비스가 있다는걸 확인하고 요청했는데 남자 매니저가 굉장히 무례한 말투와 표정으로 안된다고 응대했습니다. 트립닷컴 측에 서비스에 대해 재확인하자 된다고 답변이 왔고 다른 직원을 연결시켜서 물어보니 가능하다는 답변을 받았습니다. 직원을 대동하고 다시 가자 남자 매니저가 번역기가 잘못 됐다는 변명만 늘어놓고 본인의 잘못된 응대에 대해 한번도 죄송하다는 말을 안했습니다. 만약 번역기가 잘못되었다면 똑같은 번역을 보여준 다른 직원은 왜 바로 이해했나요? 베트남에서의 좋은 기억들을 이 남자 매니저가 다 망쳤습니다. 다시는 방문 의사가 없습니다. (+ ******서 매우 시끄럽습니다.)
