The next day, I flew back to China and booked this hotel near the airport. I came from the center of Nha Trang and thought I would relax and swim. But when I got to the hotel and entered the room, something terrible happened! After we packed our luggage, we were going to watch some TV and go downstairs to swim. But when we turned on the TV in the living room, we found that there was a color bar on the screen that could not be displayed. When we walked in, we saw that there was a crack under the screen. We quickly called the front desk to communicate, thinking that we should not think that we broke it. I couldn't explain it clearly. After a while, a group of people came. I explained the situation to them in English. A woman who should be the person in charge of the housekeeping department kept saying in Vietnamese through the translation software that they would check the facilities after the previous guest checked out and before the next guest checked in. Doesn't this mean that we broke it? I really can't prove it myself, and I can't wash it off even if I jump into the Yellow River. Then I still suspect that it was touched by the mop when the cleaning staff cleaned after your check-out inspection, or even that you knew that there was a problem with this room and deliberately assigned us this room. (By the way, we were given a room at the end of the corridor. I was not happy about it, but I thought we would just stay for one night and leave early in the morning because of the language barrier. I didn't expect that I should have refused this room.) I wished that there was a camera in the room to prove who broke the TV screen. There was a male person in charge who should be a higher-level leader. He was quite good. He could communicate with me in English and said that he believed we would not break it. I asked to change the room, but he said that the room was full and he could not change it. He could only change the TV for us (but later I looked at the room types on Ctrip that day and found that there were still rooms like ours available for reservation). The hotel staff also wrote a statement of the situation (which I couldn't understand), and asked me to write one in English. I was in a very bad mood after tossing around for a long time. I was afraid that they would detain us the next day and ask us for money. I also called Ctrip to help communicate. Although Ctrip's attitude was very good and comforted me, I couldn't get through to the phone number left by the hotel. Alas, I had to rely on myself. When the matter came to an end, I went down to swim. The sun was about to set and the weather was cold. I've stayed in so many hotels and never had a cup broken, but this is the first time I've encountered this situation. I've learned a lesson and plan to video the entire check-in process next time and go into the room to check if there are any problems with the facilities. Otherwise, I'll be speechless. This will also serve as a warning to everyone.

공항 근처로 출국전까지 휴식을 위해 예약했는데 너무 좋네요. 조식과 풀장은 사용 못했지만 숙소만으로도 충분히 만족스러웠습니다.
