Breakfast was good. The villa was also very impressive with a private onsen area. The location is okay, as there seems to be nothing around the complex. However, that wasn't that important to us, as we were planning to stay in the hotel anyway. The service could be improved, however. We sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for someone to pick us up for breakfast, as the complex is very large. The public onsen area is not suitable for children, which I find very unfortunate. The child was 1.37m tall and was not allowed in because he was 3cm too short. Instead, we would have had to pay an additional 1,500,000VND for the child to be allowed in. If the child had been 1.40m tall, he would have been allowed in for free. I find that very disappointing considering the high price of the villa. The logic behind it is also not necessary to understand. If the service had been better, especially in the public onsen area for hotel guests, it would have been a perfect stay.

Slightly expensive, the dinner buffet is not as good as expected. There are not many varieties. The breakfast in the room at this price is not buffet. The hot spring water in the room is not hot enough. The public bath closes early. There are usually very few people. It is very quiet at night. The service attitude is okay.
