Everything was great. Quiet bathing area. Due to hot weather, I have not experienced the Public bathing area. Will come back to experience. Delicious buffet but few dishes. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful and always supported you.

From the beginning of checking in, the procedures are very cumbersome, there are too many rules and regulations, all kinds of restrictions, this can't be done, that can't be done, children have to pay extra, smoking is not allowed in the room, there is no place to sit and rest at the door, there is no outdoor seat in the entire community, if you want to smoke, you have to stand outside the door, and the drinks and biscuits in the room are also charged, and they are much more expensive than outside. A room of more than 3,000 yuan a night is not worth it! In addition, the public hot spring pool is also very unhygienic, men and women bathe together, and there are few pools! Breakfast was good. The villa was also very impressive with a private onsen area. The location is okay, as there seems to be nothing around the complex. However, that wasn't that important to us, as we were planning to stay in the hotel anyway. The service could be improved, however. We sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for someone to pick us up for breakfast, as the complex is very large. The public onsen area is not suitable for children, which I find very unfortunate. The child was 1.37m tall and was not allowed in because he was 3cm too short. Instead, we would have had to pay an additional 1,500,000VND for the child to be allowed in. If the child had been 1.40m tall, he would have been allowed in for free. I find that very disappointing considering the high price of the villa. The logic behind it is also not necessary to understand. If the service had been better, especially in the public onsen area for hotel guests, it would have been a perfect stay.
