Hotel is just outside Na Trang on a beach that I think was called Bai Dai. New hotel, so immaculate. My room was perfect for a rest day, large French windows that I opened fully and relaxed on and off the big balcony. Staff super friendly. It’s a resort so would need transport to get into town. Very few other guests on my visit.

The hotel environment and facilities are very good, very suitable for children. Some staff are not very good at English but they are very friendly. The elevator feels a bit insufficient. You need to wait a little longer when it is crowded during meal time. There was a small problem when checking in. The floor was wet when entering the room. It was easy for adults to slip, not to mention children.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Spacious and bright rooms with good air conditioning. The all-inclusive meals were varied. There are entertainments for both children and adults. During the day you can go to the sea, swim in the pool, ride the water slides, play darts or ride bicycles, do yoga or aqua zumba. After lunch, foam parties are held for children, Tom & Jerry is shown in the open air, then there is an evening disco for children and karaoke for adults. You can dilute your stay at the hotel in the spa or go to the center.

The hotel is suitable for a family holiday, we booked full board, very tasty food, beautiful beach, wonderful view from the room, the staff is always ready to help, everything is great!

The impression is twofold, the hotel is new, everything you need for a holiday is there, but the hotel is not finished, many rooms are closed, villas on the territory are not finished, the restaurant is near the pool. There is no toilet near the beach, so it is quite a long way to run to the bar near the water park or to the central building. Breakfast starts early and ends early from 6.30 to 9.00, lunch from 12 to 14, dinner from 18 to 20.30 (the all-inclusive system is more like a full board (there is a lot of everything and it is delicious, the cuisine is Vietnamese, Korean, European and Turkish, the staff in the restaurant tries very hard, everyone is friendly and helpful, everything is cleaned up quickly 👍🏻), you won’t be able to eat at other times or anywhere else in the bar, there are only drinks there). Evening animation, bars, everything ends and closes at 22.00 and everyone goes to bed. This mode is due to local tourists (very noisy, but good-natured) they get up early and accordingly go to bed early. Animation as everywhere for children, for adults daytime standard sports activities, boccia, darts, volleyball, aqua zumba, yoga, you can take rackets to play pickleball, table tennis, billiards, take bicycles, ride around the territory, it is not very big, but well-groomed. There is a transfer to Nha Trang they take you from the hotel at 11.00 and pick you up at 16.00 from the city. The rooms are very large, but empty, I don’t know why such spaces, in the bathroom, in the shower there are no shelves to put shampoos, gels, washing accessories, there are no hooks for robes, face towels. Cleaning is mediocre, but towels are changed, bed linen is clean. New hotel, but everything is already somehow neglected, the staff tries very hard, but there is not enough staff or equipment for cleaning, I don’t know. Cosmetic repairs are needed everywhere. I recommend the hotel, I don't know if I'll come again😊

A magnificent large and green territory and a great clean beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning. The food is just great. But there is one significant drawback - a five-star expensive hotel has a big problem with beach towels. The beach and pool open at 6 am, towels appeared only around 9. At 11:30 we went to the room, returned after 12, the staff had already taken the towels, but there were no new ones. So, when going to this hotel, you should probably take your own towels. Sad.

The hotel is new, beautiful, the airport is 15 minutes by car. The food is very tasty and varied, but you need to carefully choose the rate, specify when booking what exactly is included. In addition to the standard rates for breakfast only, breakfast and dinner, all inclusive, this hotel has a rate where afternoon tea and a snack bar are not included. Also note that a child's bed is paid. When booking, I was informed that an extra bed can be installed, but the fee was not specified, which is misleading. When booking, I was told that the bonus was an upgrade to the room category. Upon check-in, the hotel refused this bonus ... They clean well, but cleaning often fell during the children's daytime nap and had to be skipped. There are a lot of Vietnamese vacationers who sing songs by the pool until one in the morning on weekends. In general, the hotel is cool, but there are a lot of nuances.

The facilities were clean and the landscaping was nice. But there were too many locals. It seemed that about 90% of the users were Vietnamese.. Maybe because it was a Vietnamese holiday, It had the atmosphere of a neighborhood water park, The restaurant was full, so it took over an hour to get a seat, There were 5 elevators, but only one per floor, It was an inefficient system, so it was very inconvenient to use. I used the resort as an all-inclusive, but it seemed that Vietnamese locals without bracelets also used drinks and alcohol at all the restaurants and bars, So the all-inclusive seemed meaningless. The pool facilities were good, but I couldn't tell if it was only for resort guests Or if there were day users of the water park concept. There were too many people. Some people swam without swimsuits, like at a neighborhood amusement park, And there were children and adults who changed clothes in the shower facilities. I don't know if this is the case on weekends other than Vietnamese holidays, But I think I'll consider visiting again.
