Wonderful hotel for my great “road trip”! Staff & accommodations are terrific. Very helpful with sightseeing destinations also.

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and an excellent staff. Their breakfast includes a wide variety of both hot and cold items. This is a two story hotel and if my memory serves they do NOT have an elavator.

The room was a little older and awkwardly laid out. The sofa faced the window and the tv was on a wall to the left of the sofa, so viewing was uncomfortable. There was only one chair next to a small table in the corner. My husband used that for his computer and I used the couch and leaned over the coffee table - uncomfortable. The closet was a free-standing metal closet. The small fridge and microwave were tucked in an alcove outside the bathroom. The toilet stopped up twice and was quickly fixed. Everything was clean, staff friendly and helpful. If I stay here again I would opt for a different room lay-out .

UTV trip with a group in Michigan's UP. Booked a block of rooms. Seasonal rates applied which were overly priced for the quality of the hotel. Very good breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff. UTV accessable with plenty of trailer parking. Rooms in serious need of remodel but okay for a one or two night stay.

We spent two nights. The property was as expected…nothing fancy and not updated but clean. The bed was too hard for me but my husband thought it was fine. Plenty of towels were left and the room was cleaned during the day after our first night which was a surprise. We never had breakfast at the hotel so we can’t comment on that. My expectations for a hotel in the UP are not high but overall this was good. We would stay again if we were in the area.

This hotel turned out to be one of my favorites. Check-in and Check-out were easy and quick. The room was cleaned each day of our stay. Everything worked in the room except hot water for the shower. Breakfast was good and parking was plentiful. Thanks for a great stay.
