"What can I say! On our way to another location, we stopped in this neighborhood in the municipality of Caltanissetta! At first glance, it's not very comfortable, but then you meet Musah and its spa hotel, and you're blown away. First and foremost, it's clean, welcoming, and very accommodating to certain of our needs! Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent and varied! If we ever come to this area again, we'll definitely stay at "Antichi Ricordi" again."

"It was negative experience I never had before. By Whatsapp I informed the proprietor about the time and train of my arrival to Caltanissetta and received his confirmation. But when I found the property there was nobody and nobody responded my calls for 2 hours. It was strong rain and I asked the staff of Palazzo Communale to arrange for me another lodging and was directed to other B&B only for 1 night (In Largo Barile I had 3 nights full payed). When I was already in the new B&B suddenly I received a call from Largo Barile and had no choice to return there. But I have already paied 1 night in the other B&B 35 euro and they refused to cancel the booking and return my payment becose the case was authorised in questura. A man who provided me with keys said that have nothing with the proprietor and know nothing. By Whatsapp I asked the proprietor to return me 35 euro and sent him the receipt. For all 2 days I was in the property I had no reply and did not see nobody of the staff. The AC in fact did not work, the breakfast included in my booking was not provided. In the room there were moskitos. Now I try to return my money by my booking agency. Avoid the place."
