The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can.

You get what you pay for.
No hot water available. (Cold Showers)
Bed was hard as a rock.
Towels were hard and rough like sandpaper.
The furniture is older than my grandmother.

The shower was dirty,I would say they never clean it,I got athlete foot,the bed matress was so uncomfortable,my back hurts,I only slept there for about 3 nights eventhout I paid 8 nights room1004 ,I paid for queen bed an got a smaller bed.iam not satisfied stay there 12-20-22 to 12-28-22

Estuve en Cali, y necesitaba un hotel cercano al Club Colombia de esta ciudad. El evento recomendaba este hotel. El hotel está bien ubicado, no es un hotel moderno, es un hotel bastante viejo y su mobiliarios así lo demuestra. El hotel no ha actualizado nada de sus muebles en muchos años, lo más modernos son los televisores, nada más. Sin embargo, los cuartos son cómodos. El desayuno es sencillo pero de buena calidad, buena cantidad y en un buen horario. A los cuartos les hace falta agua caliente, de todas formas, así Cali sea una ciudad caliente, muchas veces bañarse con agua fría no es una buena opción, sobretodo para horas tempranas de la mañana.
