"We had to change rooms due to a faulty heater but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The carpet was stained but otherwise the room was satisfactorily clean. The staff was polite. Room was fairly quiet. Beds were comfortable. We opted to go out for breakfast so cannot comment on the continental breakfast."

"Well let’s start off by saying the room I reserved wasn’t available I reserved a room with a a hot tub when I got to the property I was told the room was under work so they were downgrading my room so the room they put us in was old lamp shades were tore up half the light bulbs were missing in everything the air didn’t work properly and the toilet leaked across the floor so we were switched rooms that room was okay but definitely not like the pictures that were shown online and definitely not worth the price we paid it look’s fancy and inviting when you walk into the lobby but behind the curtains is a different story definitely not a place I’d stay again for the prices they charge"
