The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..

We had a great stay here. The rooms are basic, but the pool area and restaurant is lovely. All the staff were brilliant and very friendly and helpful. The food was great, lots of variety every day. It is in a great location for everything and very family friendly.

Standards needs to be improved all round. Quality of food very poor. Not enough sunbeds. Bar never stayed open later than 11pm but times said midnight.

I invited on the holiday a person who became drunk and violent. This was unexpected and scary for me as I was also with my 9 year old autistic son. I was hesitant but I asked reception at 4 am to be moved because I could not cope with the situation anymore. My son couldn't be at peace either. The way the security man and the director responded was immediate and efficient. They have dealt with drunk and violent men that abuse the all inclusive and their holiday partners too. I was moved to another room temporarily for the night and then I was back in our room when the other guest was removed from the premises. The staff at the bar were so good to me. I mention here Ivis, her husband Leicer, Mario, Iona and Antonio, as they were so hard working and always kind to us even the bar manager Carlos who was the loveliest person to talk to. I felt supported and not alone for the rest of the week even if I had a heartbreak. I also want to thank Rosa at the restaurant for allowing my autistic son to take food out from the buffet when he didn't want to go in. The chef Juan (Cuban ex professor) was also very kind and friendly, made sure to let me know what was going to be on the menu so I could plan my meals with my son. There was a cleaning lady who went above and beyond, not only cleaning but also supporting me emotionally when she saw me cry after the traumatic experience. Her name is Liliana. I haven't met such an honest and loving woman who made me feel at home even though we were strangers. Everyone was so amazing I left tips for all of them. I highly recommend this resort, location is perfect near everything, and it feels so familiar as everyone is friendly and the resort is quite small so I felt close to everybody. The entertainment was great fun, my favourite was playing water polo with other guests, and Leo the entertainment manager who is Dominican is a whole vibe by himself. I also thought the lifeguard was nice, Ruben, he was very attentive. I am 100% coming back.

This was our 6th time staying never had any issues, always a welcoming atmosphere from all of the staff from reception to the cleaners, we always book all inclusive and the buffet style restaurant is always well presented and lots of choice on all 3 sittings throughout the day, rooms cleaned daily.

Just leaving after a one week stay. Hotel in a great location not too far away from the airport and near the main town and close to the beach. I am a believer in you get what you pay for and I believe that for what we paid we could not have expected much more. The room was basic but clean if not a little dated. We did have an issue with cockroaches on the first night, but after telling the staff this was quickly resolved. The food was plentiful with a different theme every night, but I would say if you had a picky eater in your party then you may struggle. You cannot argue how hard the staff work though to make the holiday an enjoyable one.
