Second Easter trip didn't disappoint. Lovely spacious room with fantastic views of the pool/ beach. Firstly a big shout out to the entertainment team - amazing yet again and some familiar faces from last year. Thanks Niki, Roberto, Ruben, et al. A good and packed program of entertainment both both kids and adults running throughout the day. evening entrainment also provided and all information is displayed on a large screen at the restaurant entrance. Reception staff dealt with check in quickly and efficiently and were always very helpful. Room always cleaned thoroughly and bed comfortable. Food was good as always with a good variety to cater for most. I noticed gluten free items and lots of different types of milk to suit the masses. Late check outs available on request and a shower room can be booked, if like us we had to check out before our departure. Clean towels and shower gel provided for use - no charge. Safety deposit boxes in rooms are charged at four euro per day and this can be paid by card, the pool towels however are ten euro and this needs to be paid in cash - the towel charge is refundable.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel and I have to say the food was the best ever! Just as good as many 5* hotels. I’ve never seen so much choice. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is lovely with beautiful gardens, ponds and wildlife with nearly all rooms having a view of the sea. Svetlana made the best Pina Colada which was included in the all inclusive package. Can’t wait to return soon.

Food is delicious, huge variety, every night different theme. I was surprised how beautiful this place is, views with the sea, coast, palm trees are simply amazing. It is a paradise. Don't believe the bad reviews. If people can't appreciate all this beauty, they shouldn't be allowed to write reviews ;).

The first week was really good, plenty of sun beds no queues at the restaurant or bar, then the second week saw the arrival of the sun bed savers, queue jumpers at that dining room and all together a much worse experience. The food was average, the kids disco repetative and evening entertainment poor, apart from 3 pro acts. I think it's better suited out of peak times. The location is fab with some good walks to the marina and beach. All the staff worked really hard and were always pleasant. Beware the slippery floor tiles around the pool, how I never came a cropper I'll never know. The rooms are great but I did have issues with my key card as I carried it with my phone and seperating them did cure it. Air conditioning we knew was off until the 1st of April, but it didn't come on until the 3rd after several requests at reception and the Jet 2 reps.

We stayed here march weather wasn’t great but hotel fab prestige suite lived up to expectations sea view free mini bar and safe free towels for pool room spotless king size bed walk in shower food was also good staff were very polite and helpful

This was our 3rd visit to the Elba Sara. In our opinion the hotel and it's services has gone down hill dramatically. The restaurant in the evening was like being at the Next sales, too many people with children, the quality and selection of food very very poor, catering more for the children. We tried various times throughout our stay and if it wasn't too crowded it was the lack of food, trays nearly empty and not being replaced. Our Prestige room was perfectly acceptable and comfortable. The staff were very polite, but could only do what they could, total lack of staff, especially in the restaurant. The Italian restaurant is absolutely the place to eat, peace, tranquil surroundings and wonderful food. For us this was definitely not the holiday that we had expected and will definitely not be returning as other's who we spoke to. This is just our opinion, on all reviews you get good and bad reviews, this was our bad experience.

Fantastic hotel with impeccable views from your balcony. Food was the best i’ve had in all my years of travelling, the variety of different foods each day was amazing! The entertainment team were brilliant and my favourite night was the movie night. Hotel staff were welcoming, pleasant and happy to help with any enquiries. The male life guard went above and beyond for every guest. Overall amazing stay and will be coming back soon.
