Absolutely loved this hotel, already booked to go back next year. Loved the room, daily cleaning, decent size. Stocked minibar and Lavazza coffee machine. The pool area was lovely, lots of loungers and fresh towels and pool service from the app. Free use of the spa and mini golf as part of Royal Level. I really enjoyed the evening buffet and the breakfast. There are other buffets that need booking but we did not end up trying either of those. Staff were very nice and attentive. We had an issue with the shower so they offered to change our room if we wanted and gave us a voucher to enjoy a meal at one of the A La Carte restaurants which we very much enjoyed and appreciated. Only a 10/15 ride from the airport too.

Stayed in this hotel as a family of 4 with children aged 12 and 10 years. Just to be clear this was the Royal Level family hotel which is NOT the same as Royal level adult only (sounds obvious but reviews do not always make this distinction). Family block is separate with small pool overlooking the sea. Adult only block situated between the Mar and Castillo. Great resort with lovely protected sandy bay. Can make use of all 3 hotel’s facilities which means 3 choices of pools, entertainment and restaurants. Room nice only criticism is children’s bed in lounge was sofa bed, not very comfortable, no mattress protector and the sheet barely fit. El Ancla (royal level only) restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner, great food choices, not too busy and lovely views. This really stood out compared to the other buffet restaurants. Mini golf, padel and other sports included. Boardwalk all around the bay great for walks or jogging. We would visit again.

Grande hotel con diverse structure e numerosi ristoranti. Ho soggiornato nelle suite: belle ampie con soggiorno e Doccia anch’essa spaziosa,personale delle Pulizie gentili e brave al Contrario della barista Della piscina che ignora completamente gli ospiti dell’hotel.sono stato in due dei numerosi ristoranti:il Mafasca caotica sembrava una Mensa aziendale, al contrario il terra sana da 10 e lode sia per il personale che per la cucina. Bravi la reception.

We had a great stay and very clean and staff can’t do enough. I’d recommend the adults royal level over and above the rest of the complex. Entertainment staff Dorka was amazing and kept us entertained. Especially enjoyed the cocktail making class with the handsome and funny Chris who was very knowledgeable. The Spa was a huge let down because it was not up to standard it was grubby and dated however the treatments we had were great which was such a shame as I would have liked to stay and relax after but preferred to go back to the royal level pool instead.

Nice hotel a great location and service , my only criticism would be the food for the evening meals were below standard and not 5*. We got fed up of salad and the other few restaurants that you could use as part of the package were worse than the hotel buffet offerings . The Royal level allowed all branded drinks as part of the all inclusive which was good .

Prestations de qualité et conformes à nos souvenirs de l'an passé, Serviabilité, buffet incroyable, piscine chauffée et au calme... Rien a redire ! Vraiment je conseille cet hôtel : Repos garanti (Bien que Dorka et Paolo nous ont fait transpirer : Merci à eux car ils ont fortement contribué à la bonne ambiance de notre séjour !)
