Arrived 22nd April for 11 night stay in the Royal level family area. Have stayed here a few times before so had checked in online to make that process quicker, was lucky enough to get the room we had requested so off to a great start, concierge picked us and luggage up wee trip on the golf buggy to the 2000 block. Room was as usual spotless well aired and had been freshened up since our visit last year a well stocked mini fridge of soft drinks beer and small bottle of Cava. Due to it being our anniversary the RL team had also had left a large bottle of Cava in an ice bucket to help celebrate the occasion which was a lovely surprise, that went down very well very quick as well lol. Room cleaned and made up daily by the really efficient cleaning team. Family area at pool has its own small but well stocked bar with a few snacks if required, sandwiches pringles peanuts etc and also a selection of ice creams also has a large drinks menu with selection of cocktails spirits beers etc. Pool area also very tidy and plenty of sun beds always available during our stay. Yes a few always seemed to be targeted by early towel brigade but as I said plenty beds to choose from. As for meals breakfast always at the El Ancla upstairs restaurant, sitting over looking the Marina a beautiful spot. Choice of hot or cold food plentiful served by a really friendly team of staff, lunch times mostly spent at la perlita which is located half way round the beach walk, it overlooks the beach and again lovely place to have a bit of lunch and watch the world go by. Also used breeze bar at hotel Mar as well as the adults only bar as well as the Masfaca restaurant all of which we enjoyed. Evening meals we again had plenty of choices El Ancla, Mafasca Brazilian, Mexican adults only area as well as having an anniversary meal at the Mar Salada which the hotel had organised for us. Mar Salada was excellent the Brazilian and Mexican (x2 visits) really worth a visit didn't overly enjoy the choice at El Ancla the times we did go there but probably personal choice rather than anything else. All the other restaurants were also good and everywhere the staff cannot do enough for you so big thanks to all. Other bars round the areas we have mentioned had a great selection of drinks, cocktails pretty good all round but at the adults only area they were a cut above can't remember the bar man's name but he certainly knows how to present a good cocktail I'm sure he said he was actually moving on so he will definitely be missed. Service at all bars very good, breeze bar can be busy but they work hard to keep wait times minimum, la golleta can be a hit or a miss, lovely spot to sit but if you do as they ask and have a seat it could be a while for you to get served. Having said that didn't put us off anytime we did go we just stayed at the bar for service, Onto entertainment, we went to a few nights at the Hotel Mar and really enjoyed all the acts we seen, sometimes a bit of a que at the bar they al
