Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Excellent staff, food very good, all buffet but themed nights so changed regularly. Rooms are of a good standard, we had a one bedroomed apartment which was very roomy. Animation team as always try very hard. Shops and supermarket on site but would recommend all inclusive. Cocktails etc all included. Good place to hire electric scooters and bikes on site. 15 euros per hour. 3 pools and loads of sun beds available.

Rooms are basic but spacious the pillows are very comfortable. Kids entertainment isn't available every night even tho it is stated round the hotel but staff are very nice and always saying hello. Food is actually really nice, breakfast is one of the best we've had! Not too much variety but it's quite tasty! The views are amazing it is situated in the most amazing place ever and we have loved waking up to it every morning! It's in walking distance of everywhere! We would definitely recommend it, but not with young kids!

On the positive, the hotel is very clean and our room was fine for our stay. The food quality was high although rather repetitive over the week stay. This is a family hotel and indeed, much of the entertainment was children focused even in the evenings.Children disco at 8.30 pm. I think we expected a bit more than karaoke and bingo. The resort has very few bars in the vicinity (lots of restaurants) so really it's just the hotel. There was only one bar open in the hotel and this was where the entertainment took place in the evening so disappointing.

We had a very friendly swift check in and were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment as there were no high rooms available which we had requested. We were on the first floor which was fine. The apartment really need a thorough refurbishment though the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and clean. We stayed for five nights and found the food was good with plenty of options. The restaurant staff were very friendly and quick to bring the drinks. The bars were very good, with good sized plastic cups at the pool bar and large glasses at the main bar. The staff at both bars were very friendly too with hardly any queues. We used the pool overlooking the sea which was a nice temperature. There were plenty of sunbeds but they were awful. The blue fabric was either too loose and uncomfortable or too tight meaning the headrest would not push right down. We would have rated the experience 3.5 if we could have but decided to give it 4 rather than 3 because of all the excellent staff.
