It was a short but very pleasant stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the prices were very affordable and the pools were wonderful, with a very complete buffet.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Hotel location is excellent, very short transfer from the airport and just a short walk to shops, cafés,pubs and restaurants. Please visit Millennium Cocktail bar, 15 mins walk, free entertainment every night, lovely beer and brilliant staff. We always get a sea view and it's just glorious to sit and relax while watching the tide go in and out. We were half board but the rooms have a small kitchen with a fridge, so we could enjoy snacks etc on the balcony and our beers were always nice and cold. The staff were always pleasant, attentive and helpful,nothing was too much for them. The food.......LOVED IT!!! Breakfast, our favourites were EVERYTHING lol!!! Omelettes, sausages,bacon, fresh baguettes, orange juice, and sooooo much more!!! Dinner was just fabulous and the choices each night were superb! I especially loved the carbonara sauce, best ever!!!! Desserts were the usual sponges with fluffy cream, very nice, but there was also always an assortment of jellies, ice cream and fruit. This was our third visit and we will definitely go back. Ten out of ten!!!! xx

Not long back from our 2nd stay here. This time it was just myself and 2 kids and we had the most wonderful time here. The room was spotless and cleaned daily with plenty of room for the 3 of us. We also managed to get late check out which I know some had said they had struggled with but it made our last day so much better. Me and my son loved the food and there was plenty of choice. My daughter is a very fussy eater but still found something every meal time and gave herself the challenge of trying something new each day. The animation team was fabulous. Iker made my kids time so much fun, even though they are a bit older (10 and 13) he always made the effort to come and see them. Great stay and will be back again.

Excellent service, kindly for children, nice location in front of the sea. Internet sometimes broken. Good entertainment programmes. The hotel is situated near to the seaport. There's is as well a sandy beach. The city is full of Mediterranean foods

Brilliant hotel. We've loved every minute. Room ate a little tired, as others have said, but spacious and clean, and our sea view was great. Special mention goes to all the staff who make you feel so welcome. The animacion team go so above and beyond (special mention to Julia at mini club, kids loved it), and Xiomara in the bar who took time to get to know us and very quickly learned our drinks order! Only downside, being totally honest, is we had to ask several times during the week for toilet rolls to be restocked in rooms as they weren't done as standard when rooms were cleaned.

Hotel was fine, comfortable, pool areas were good, location is good on the coast path and the courtesy bus into the centre was an added bonus. All inclusive was great, if a little same day to day, although it was sometimes themed at dinner. All in all, great value for the all inclusive cost incl flights for a bargain week away in the sun

This hotel was ok the food was average some days couldn’t get anything to eat as I didn’t like anything, the entertainment staff and animation team are the best thing about this hotel. The reception staff are really nice apart from the older lady with no name badge and mole in her top lip dark hair really really rude shouldn’t be in her job. Was left with dirty towels for two days room wasn’t cleaned the pool areas lovely and clean the room was tired run down and needs a face lift for what we paid for our holiday we expected more and I would not recommended staying at this hotel over priced for what you get 😔
