Broncemar Beach Suites

The location and overall mood of the hotel were very good and pleasant. The entertainment team, known as the “Animation Team,” was professional and friendly. My daughter always wanted to participate in their programs! 😊 The staff in the kitchen and bar were friendly and maintained high standards of cleanliness. However, one negative point was that the man responsible for drinks at the snack bar was, unfortunately, impolite 😡

We arrived during the evening to a newly decorated, big, beautiful room with an enormous comfy bed. It was a lovely surprise as we hadn't expected anything so nice! We had a lovely private terrace with table and chairs and a gorgeous new bathroom with a big bathtub, separate shower and toilet. We couldnt believe how lovely it was! Dinner is served until 10pm so we were able to enjoy a lovely evening meal and a couple of cocktails before bed too. The food was one of the highlights of the holiday, we looked forward to every meal and enjoyed a wide variety of fresh, tasty foods. There was so much choice and it was beautifully laid out. We were all inclusive and would highly recommend this option as it was great value for money. The bar was well stocked with lots of choice. Measures were generous and the cocktails were beautifully presented. The staff were kind, friendly and welcoming throughout the resort. When tourists were ill or had any concerns, the staff couldn't do enough to help. We felt very safe. The whole resort was spotlessly clean. We are both quite fussy about food hygiene and cleanliness, but this place was immaculate. The cleaning and maintenance staff were visible all day long, they literally never stopped. Every morning, we woke up to a spotlessly clean pool area with freshly cleaned tiles and lots of available sunbeds and parasols. We felt truly spoilt. Our room was cleaned regularly with fresh bedding and towels. There was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with European tourists from various countries who all got along well. Age groups ranged from couples with babies to the elderly, and the resort appeared to suit everyone. This is an excellent resort and we have already booked our next visit. We've been to many places over the years and this is definitely the best value, cleanest and most welcoming all inclusive that we have experienced.
