Stayed here Nov 15-22 , very bright , clean & spacious hotel , lots of sunbeds round the pool area . Restaurant looked very clean we were self catering so not sure about the food , although we never heard anyone moan about it . The music around the pool area was / is far too loud , drum & base booming out on a loop of the same music all day , couldn't concentrate on reading a book or listening to your own music with ear pods , on top of that the entertainment staff were really over the top with constant whooping noises over the mike during the day . Our room was clean & we had fresh towels on most days . Very limited kitchen equipment no wine glasses or mugs for tea , no chopping board , no dish clothes or tea towels & no washing up liquid ( All of which we have had in 3 star hotels ) Most of the staff were great however on arrival the mature receptionists with no name badge was very cold & mater of fact not at all welcoming . If your not AI the bar prices are very expensive a beer was 5 Euro .The location of the hotel is good 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of bars / restaurant's along the way . The hotel shop was well kitted out & prices not too bad . We will defiantly came back to the resort again but not this hotel .

First of all lets start with the positives which there were many firstly all the staff are superb helpful friendly and the hotel itself is clean in all locations as were the two rooms we had during our stay but more on that later. The hotel is less than 5 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk if you cut through the shopping mall. There is a market twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays and that is located just across the road from the hotel more than a 5 minute walk just turn left out of the hotel to the top of the road and left again you cannot miss it. The pools in the hotel are a good size but the sun loungers which there were many are a bit close together for my liking so we never stayed round the pool but spent all out time at the beach which is huge and i found very relaxing and is safe for swimming for young children. We booked a deluxe room which was a good size large bed which was very comfy plenty of sockets and usb charging points along with very good lighting. There was a safe which was free with our room but i believe if you get a standard room there is a charge for this the tv was a large smart tv and you could get English channels such as bbc and itv1 and 2. The bathroom again was a good size with a large bath separate room with toilet in and large walk in shower with free toiletries. There was also a fridge good size balcony to sit out on and plenty of room for clothes could probably do with a few more hangers though. The room is supposed to be cleaned 5 times a week but ours was only done three but this may have something to do with having two rooms but it was no issue to us one thing i would say is there could possibly do with either a bigger waste bin in the room or two of them just a suggestion. There are good facilities for disabled a lift and ramps around the complex and also on the beach. Checkout is 11.00am on day of departure but there is a courtesy room if you have a late departure. We stayed on a s/c basis but you could do b&b, ai, hb etc and to be honest we did not eat or use any facilities at the hotel so cannot comment on them. The one negative i have is the wifi which is the reason we had to change rooms our first room 2256 when we arrived late on Saturday evening we found the internet would not connect to any of our tablets or phones or my work laptop which i use when on holiday as i need to be constantly in touch with work. So on the Sunday morning we mentioned to reception before we went out and they said they would get maintenance out which i thought would be Monday anyway we tried getting on after we returned from the day at the beach and did not work so mentioned again late Sunday evening and reception said they had been in and was ok but we explained it was not so even though it was 11.30pm they got maintenance to come to room and meet us there which they did checked it all out and confirmed it was not working and told us to contact reception Monday morning whic
