"Let me start by saying that I have never given a negative review but arguing over a snack not taken for a quarter of an hour seems exaggerated to me. When we arrived at check in they couldn't even tell us the breakfast times. The pillows are absolutely not comfortable. We also had a big laugh because the bidet was under the sink, due to the very limited space in the bathroom fixtures. Breakfast poor, inadequate and with flies on the food. At the end of the overnight stay we came across this famous discussion of the SNACK NOT TAKEN. The owner did not specify the room or the time at which this snack was taken. What to say? Excellent professionals."

"The receptionist was very friendly, but the hotel wasn't the best. The location was rather poor, as were the facilities; you left the hotel and there wasn't much to do. It's located in a sort of deserted village. The good thing is that there's a train station about 10-15 minutes away, which takes you to the city center in half an hour or a little less."
