Wonderful place to relax, lovely thermal pools, sunny days. Restaurant staff is very friendly, good breakfast. Rooms are Nice. Small but open kitchen, quiet AC, nice balcony. Wi-Fi worked ok. Easy access to the center, where you’ll find great food options. Special thanks Andréia, Dona Dirci, Deborah. :)

Maravilhosoooooo , recomendo a todos ter essa experiência. Os funcionários e recreadores são Maravilhosos, tem animação o dia todo, resort muito limpo e organizado, comidas maravilhosas. Enfim amei. Pertinho do centro. Tio Pop é tudo de bom 🥰🥰

As recreações do Alta Vista são todas extremamente divertidas e o Tio San juntamente da Tia Shel e a Tia Nerobi sempre estão junto das crianças divertindo-as com diversos jogos e brincadeiras entretendo desde a criança mais jovem até adultos que estão apenas observando os jogos. Os funcionários tratam todos os hóspedes muito bem com respeito e educação que nunca vi em outros hotéis. A comida seja ela o Café da manhã, almoço ou janta sempre está deliciosa, precendo chega um banquete imenso! E a limpeza de todas as áreas é algo a ser elogiado também, pois pode-se caçar e não achará uma coisa fora do local ou sujeira que não deveria estar lá. Uma viagem que ficará para memória de nossas vidas e definitivamente um dos melhores locais de Caldas Novas, recomendo MUITO!!

Acomodações muito boas e bem conservadas. Várias piscinas, com intensidade de calor diferenciada para todo o gosto. De quente a fria. O ôfuro estava com água muito usada e com cheiro de urina. Comida simples, mas boa. Toalhas bem gastas, precisando de reposição. Estacionamento muito bom, com vagas amplas e fáceis paraa estacionar. No mais foi uma estadia tranquila e agradável em família.
