"Nestled cosily between Baga and Calangute beaches, this beautiful and serene holiday beach resort is a true gem in North Goa. The resort has rooms and cottages to suit all budget types and all within a minute's walk to the main beach. The rooms are modern, well maintained and equipped with all amenities you would expect and a little bit more too! The resort itself is set in a luscious green space, full of coconut trees, jasmine, hibiscus, boughinvillas and many other tropical plants and trees keeping in tune with the local flora and fauna. The 2 good sized swimming pools are wonderful with good seating and a wee bar area. The hotel has a great onsite restaurant serving Indian, continental and global cuisine all served with care and a smile by the staff. The food itself is quite delicious! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long stay in Goa and for easy access to the beach, dining and local shops."

"No one should consider staying at this hotel; it was an incredibly disappointing experience.I was travelling with my family, including a young child who was unwell. The room key card was unfortunately dropped inside the hotel corridor. When I approached the reception for a spare key just to access my room, the staff completely lacked empathy. Instead of helping us get into the room first, they immediately demanded ₹800 plus GST just to issue a replacement card.After a long argument and explaining our situation, they finally handed over a key but insisted we must pay ₹600 at checkout.As someone who works within the travel industry network, I know firsthand that standard RFID plastic cards cost the hotel next to nothing. Extorting guests with a massive penalty fee during a family medical emergency is unacceptable. This is not how paying customers should be treated. Terrible service and very poor management."

Found wrappers in the room, and washroom was wet. And basin is pathetic, literally pathetic, and unhygienic. Fridge is leaving from the lock I don't know what's wrong."

"We have just stayed at Neelams The Grand for two weeks , we had read reviews and were a bit apprehensive, first things first,check in was effortless, the reception staff were friendly and helpful even charging my phone for me, the rooms although a little dated didn't detract from our stay ,a great balcony , we stayed in room C14 so had a pool view, rooms and towels cleaned and changed every day , the pool area was spotless and the pool attendant was very attentive, the waiters and bar staff also excelled, food was great ,we had room service and ate on the balcony twice, food was cheap with a great choice and tasty, special thanks to the car park attendant who made sure our scooter was always safe ,very old school and polite . Would we stay here again... DEFINITELY!"
