The room is a bit small. There is no place to put the big suitcase when it is opened. It can only be placed at the door. It is inconvenient to get in and out. The distance between the table and the bed is small. Pulling out the chair can touch the bed, which is inconvenient. The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear water being discharged from other rooms and flushing the toilet. The air conditioner is not powerful and the sound is still loud. I can only sleep with earplugs. Breakfast is okay, but you can only eat it at 7 o'clock. You can't eat when you go out. I don't know if others have experienced taking it away. The hotel has a restaurant, but the price is too expensive. There is no English menu and the waiter does not speak English. It is inconvenient. I think the only advantage is that there is a big supermarket opposite, where you can buy some food without having to go to restaurants all the time. There was an incident when I went there. We had a car, and I went to the front desk to ask where I could park. Of course I stayed here, but the front desk gave me directions to the supermarket parking lot, but that was a public parking lot, which was famous in the local area. I broke the window and grabbed something. After checking in, the front desk told me that the hotel had its own parking lot and drove the car over. Hey, I think this is very bad. Why not just drive to the hotel parking lot and then check in? It's very inconvenient.

First of all, the most annoying thing is the price/performance ratio, which is much more expensive than other hotels of the same level. Secondly, the facilities and equipment are even more annoying. Hotel rooms of the same level are larger. The most important thing is the bed. In South America, the bed is only 1.1 meters. concept! I don't know what they think. Are they all for children? When lying on the bed, you have to stretch your feet out and cannot turn over. If you are prone to turning over at night, don’t book it. Don’t stay in a hotel in a foreign country and get injured if you fall off the bed at night. It’s not worth it! It is recommended that friends consider carefully before starting!

The location should be good, very close to the bus station, about ten minutes walk. There are large supermarkets and shopping malls downstairs. It is estimated to be the largest commercial cluster in the city. The room hygiene and various conditions are standard for an Ibis hotel. It's neither as bad nor as good as some reviews say. Very suitable as a transit hotel. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The hotel is excellent, the service and the location, I would say it is a first class 3 star hotel, the room is very comfortable and very clean and the bathroom is small but good and the breakfast is quite complete, it is located in front of the Jumbo and very close to shopping, you can walk there.

para começar passei um grande constrangimento na recepção (pessoal totalmente despreparado) pois queriam me cobrar um valor q n existia, eu já tinha pago uma parte com pontos e mesmo mostrando o extrato da minha conta fizeram de desentendidos e queriam q eu pagasse um valor exorbitante, eu disse q não pagaria e chamaram uma gerente e depois um gerente geral acredito eu, e mesmo mostrando a fatura paga (só restando 7.647,02 pesos chilenos) para acertar no hotel queriam me cobrar 42 dólares, no final descontaram mais 2000 pontos da minha conta ALL (40 euros) e disseram q tava tudo acertado, só percebi o desconto depois, após 1 hora tentando resolver a questão, quando entro no quarto o ar condicionado não funcionou nem a TV, péssima experiência possivel, vou aguardar retornar para o brasil e fazer uma reclamação diretamente a rede ALL, se não estornarem meus pontos entrarei com um processo. The service at the reception was terrible, they were serving other passengers while they were serving me. When I arrived at the room, there were no towels and the soap and shampoo were disposable (totally unhygienic), there was no toothpaste, the room was "minimalist". Also, it was a complete disaster to find the entrance to the hotel. Google maps sends you to any place.

Worst experience at an Accor hotel to date. Unprepared reception staff (to say the least). Even unreasonable financial demands, which were not due according to the reservation made in advance, were made (obviously not accepted by me). The room heating did not work (and it was zero degrees Celsius that night, May 18-19, 2022). The safe did not work (and it was still completely loose, without any fixings). The next day they tried to fix the heating without any solution. They also took a broken portable heater. There was no blanket in the unit on a very cold night. The assistant manager Antônio, visibly embarrassed, said that he would give me that night as a courtesy, refunding the amount paid and Club points used. To this date, I have not found either one or the other. Moral of the story: terrible. Get out!!!
