We had another wonderful stay with Nathalie and Laurent. Spotlessly clean and beautiful rooms, an excellent breakfast, Laurent's delicious Table d'Hotes evening meal and their great company - what more could you ask for? They were extremely kind and accommodating with our 3 year old daughter too, with special meals, colouring at dinner and a comfy pull out bed for her in our room. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Les Secrets des Loges. Just as described - themed room (Bleriot - which was deceptively large), antiques throughout, 3 cats and a very welcoming family. Free street parking in a quiet area of Calais. We had the excellent evening meal cooked by Laurent & we're invited to watch the penalties in the Women's Euro final with the family. Great place to stay if you are not rushing through Calais. Nice 40 minute walk to the seafront passing by the town hall. Highly recommended.

Une chambre très agréable et confortable. Bien placé en centre ville avec facilité de parking. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques avec une petite histoire sur chaque chambre ainsi que conseils de visite. Petit déjeuner rafiné et copieux. Je conseille ce établissement.

We had a wonderful warm welcome. The building is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms furnished with very comfortable period furniture. We loved the history and the central location. We could securely store our bikes. The breakfast was delicious too.

A lovely welcome and useful help with parking. The house is like a living museum, but comfortable too. We had a delightful room, picked for us specially as we live in Nottingham UK, and the room showed items linked to the lace industry. Perfect, fresh breakfast just as and when we wanted. The Loges is central and Calais is an interesting city to explore especially the Hotel de Ville and the beach with views of ferries leaving and arriving.

Our last night of our road trip and we saw this hotel on Google maps, so I I investigated and we booked direct. The owners were very good at getting back to us and very accommodating. The hotel is delightful. We were in the luscious Lady Hamilton room. The owner told us the history but there were no sightings of her that evening! I found myself in the rabbit hole of investigating her sad history and that of her daughter. It’s fascinating and brought to life by being there. It also has a kettle- love tart detail! The location is great: we went off to explore as our room was being readied. We ate nearby at La boussonière. It seems the owner of our hotel is also a chef, offering gastronomic courses, which is a very attractive thought. I’d love to go back. They were so interesting yet professional. Many thanks indeed. You made our last night so enjoyable.
