"Very disappointing experience, especially for the treatment received when expressing my dissatisfaction. Whether an establishment is in agreement with the criticism of a client, I think the minimum is to respond with education and professionalism. In my case, after explaining my discomfort, the answer I received from the accommodation was literally: ** “AMARGADA!!” **. A response like this seems to me completely improper to a establishment working in the public. Instead of trying to understand the situation, to give an explanation or simply to answer educately, they chose to address me in this way. After this experience, and above all the treatment received later, I would not return and recommend it."

"Beautiful hotel in the old town center of Calafell by the castle and about 20 minutes walk from the beach. Sara is there to greet you at reception in the morning and shows you the breakfast buffet and explains the processes with love and care. The rooms are simple but comfortable. You can choose to be accommodated in the garden or the courtyard. Make sure to state your preference when booking! The hotel's courtyard is fantastic with a beautiful bar and terrace with a restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Sergio and Martí look after you very well here. And then there is the fantastic pool. Wonderful! The Bistro Cal Marius has been in operation since June and is part of the hotel. A small, fine French-inspired bistro. Behind the counter is Martí, a charming young man who serves his guests attentively and lovingly. Salvador, the hotel owner, is always approachable and is at the grill in the evenings. Overall, a great experience that I would repeat at any time. Thank you for this wonderful experience!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the train station, a minute or two from the beach, great shops within a few minutes' walk (clothes, jewellery, toys, pharmacy and a selection of different little supermarkets). Very suited to families - lots of children, pool section for kids, and some toys. Apartment itself was reasonable size, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. The ceiling fans really helped with sleep at night. Overall a great experience."
