The Casa del Sol is located in a beautiful location in the quiet urbanization of Cala Serena, not far from the Cala Serena bay (3 minutes on foot) and near the white town of Cala D`or.
The 4x7 m pool in front of the covered outdoor dining area invites you to relax and cool off. Enjoy the peace and a partial sea view. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the pool and on the terrace. The rear terrace with access from the dining area or the kitchen also invites you to linger.
The house on the ground floor has an open living-dining area, kitchen, guest toilet (with washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one of them with a safe) and is suitable for 4 people. The separate apartment on the roof terrace with bath / toilet / shower can accommodate 2 more people. The apartment is not connected to the ground floor and is reached via the outside stairs. (When arriving with up to 4 people, only the house below is opened. From the 5th Person we open the apartment above with the 3rd Bedroom).
There are 2 more loungers on the roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and sunrise.
The house has air conditioning / heating devices, underfloor heating (for the winter months), washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi and a complete kitchen equipment.
Towels and bed linen, as well as WiFi are available free of charge.
Final cleaning included in the rental price.

Fantastic villa, quiet location and near a lovely beach and restaurant.Villa is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a good size with space to lounge around it all day.Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful house in Cala d‘Or
Sehr schönes Haus in Cala Serena nicht weit vom Zentrum in Cala d‘Or. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Super relaxing stay with family
First of all, the house is absolutely immaculate. Clean, everything you need and in a quiet location. We spend all our days on the veranda and in the pool. The supermarket Eroski is a 5 min drive (we rented a car) beautiful Cala Serena where we went for a swim afternoon is a 5 min walk (with a small bar with drinks and ice cream for kids) and the most wonderful Mallorcan restaurant Cala Ferrera only a 5 min walk. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we stayed in the main house and 2 other adult family members stayed in the top flat. Absolutely perfect I would book again! Our kids (ages 4 and 6) were genuinely sad to leave.

Fabulous!
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children aged 3 & 7) and the villa was absolutely perfect; beautifully clean, really well equipped, lots of space and the pool was fabulous.
Anja was super helpful ahead of us arriving, including recommending we hire a car - which I would say was essential as there isn’t a huge amount within walking distance. Recommendations in the guest book were all spot on.
All in all, a beautiful villa which I would recommend to anyone. Our kids are already asking to go back!

Excellent stay!
If you’re looking for a great house around Cala D’or. Do not look any further.. this isTHE house. Quiet location, spotlesley clean house with all the amenities you wish for. We had a problem with a broken key and it was really fast and good solved. Wow!!

Sommerurlaub
Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Aussenbereich mit Pool lädt dazu ein den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Außerdem ist man innerhalb von 5 min fussläufig von der Cala Serena entfernt, die auch wunderschön ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in dem schönen Haus in Cala Serena und haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht; die ruhige Lage und der Meerblick tragen zur kompletten Erholung bei.
