The most incredible family holiday with the most amazing staff, everyone was friendly and helpful the kids staff are just incredible and we loved all the choice of food, entertainment and facilities! Could not fault!

Do not book this hotel if you are offered zone D - this is a separate hotel that has been added as a bolt on to the main resort. It requires a shuttle to go to main pool, main restaurant, spa etc. In the end you remain in zone D ( at most a 2-3 star ) as you are too far away to walk to breakfast or attend entertainment. It has reduced offer of food and the staff actually locked us out on the terrace one night when they wanted to go home. Another night we had to have a drink on the front steps as the lady behind the bar wanted to go home. When you work all year this is not the treatment your expect on holiday. The other main issue is when you do go to the main restaurant they approach you at 9pm ( even if you are having dessert) to leave the restaurant.The main person would stare over out table and at us until we left - he was very very intimidating when on holiday. He greets you each night to allocate you a table and then within one hour is asking you to leave. This hotel needs to pay its staff to work later in the restaurant - the irony is we thought Spanish people eat late. This person was arrogant and rude. Cockroaches in our suitcases and toilets in main area. Rude staff that at times were bullying. Avoid this hotel - do not be taken in by the photographs - this hotel is outdated and in need of a refresh with respect to staff and facilities!!!!!

Second time visiting as a family - there were 13 of us ranging in age from 64 to 18 months. There is something here for everyone. Brilliant place. Clean, tidy, safe and friendly environment. Food is fantastic.

An excellent hotel spread over a large area with crossings on 2 roads. The beach is 100 metres away down a gently sloping concrete path. Tha beach reaches the sea which is shallow for a long way. The rooms are varied, clean and tidy and well looked after . The restaurants a varied but all have a brilliant selection of choices. The food is excellent. There are 3 pools with lifeguards suitable for all ages. We loved the adult only beds and pool. Entertainment was excellent. Kids clubs and general activities and entertainment at various times. Evening entertainment was very good but we thought it could start earlier. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and returning soon. Thanx to all the staff who made our stay so special. 😊

So all I can say is average. The place overall is a little tired and could do with a makeover in all honesty. Buffet again was average and they could do with maybe a few themed nights as everyday felt pretty much the same no real change up. Drinks ok and as expected and waiting times at the bars were ok, however I’d suggest telling people for tea and coffee to make them themselves as waiting behind someone ordering 5 coffees is very frustrating. Pools- In all my time travelling and going on holiday I’ve never ever seen such a pathetic policy on inflatables not being allowed, especially when they already have ‘Adult’ specific areas/pools. Not fun for kids and a number of the pool attendants were over the top and aggressive. The animation team did their jobs well and always happy and engaging so can’t fault them tbh. Porto Cristo is worth a visit but apart from that there is nothing close to the hotel so outside of insotel activity isn’t an option. Sports bar - What a joke, pointless not staffed and don’t cater for guests. We were lied to about having football available. I’d shut that down and use the space for something better All in all I feel for the price of the holiday try somewhere else. I also don’t see this as 4 stars, 3 at a push. I’d say there will be better places in Mallorca

I cannot compliment the staff at this hotel More! Everyone we encountered, from every team were warm and friendly. Food in the buffet is consistently fantastic! Great shows by animation team. Slightly disappointed by only being able to book one alternative restaurant which was quite low key and food nowhere near as nice as buffet. But overall, An excellent all inclusive venue!
