We recently returned from a week here as a family of 4, children aged 1 & 3. We had a really lovely time. The hotel is large, really big and there’s lots of guests. It took us a day or two to find our groove as initially it was a bit overwhelming. The pools are amazing, there’s something for everyone! There’s noisy pools, with music playing and then quieter more relaxing pools and a fantastic kids pool with slides and fountains and then a splash zone. The pools were a highlight for us. We had a family room, very clean and spacious. Worked really well for us as a family of 4, and I think would have still worked well with older kids. The main restaurant got very busy, waiting for tables at times. We liked to do breakfast at 8am as soon as they opened before it got too busy. Lots of variety of food. Fresh fish and meat was cooked for every meal. There were pizzas, pasta, the usual types of thing for large all inclusive hotels. Staff were brilliant here, really great. Cocktails were nice, freshly made and quick too! And they had 0% beer at the bars which was great. The hotel is right next to the beach which is a really beautiful spot, there’s something sea is quite shallow, can easily splash around with the kids. Hotel was good, large all inclusive, clean, nice friendly helpful staff. We wouldn’t go back because it’s just a bit big and busy for us, but that’s on us rather than the hotel. It was absolutely as described. We took the train bus into Porto christo which took about 15 minutes. Really cute Marina town, well worth a visit. Fab restaurants, bars, views, vibes, loved it. We went a couple of times and then taxi back. Highly recommend.
