Our villa, built and completed in 2013, is located in a quiet little side street. It is a perfect mix of Mallorcan country house style on the outside and modern ambience on the inside. With 340 square meters of living space, it is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is an open fitted kitchen next to the living and dining area, which leaves nothing to be desired. The garden is filled with lawn and beautiful old olive trees. On the 1st floor there are 2 further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large terrace with sun loungers and a wonderful view of the sea. At the top there is also a completely invisible roof terrace for private sunbathing. The central air conditioning system, which can be controlled separately for each room, is particularly beneficial in the summer months.
