The front desk had a tough attitude and kept repeating that the air conditioner could not be used. 2. This ant is very common, they can arrange someone to kill insects 3. They did not receive the order for a double bed, but if we need it, they can ask the cleaning staff to separate the beds I said there is something wrong with your room, can you help me change the room, the front desk said that this room type is full, we have to pay for the upgrade. I asked why I need to pay for it myself, it is your room that has a problem, the front desk asked me to wait and discuss it with the boss. After a while, he came out of the office and told me: 1. The air conditioner can be turned on, but it is broken in my room. They can send a maintenance technician to check it out 2. Ask someone to kill insects in the room 3. Can't change the room, can only upgrade at your own expense. Finally, Ctrip paid for the upgrade room type for me to change the room. In addition: 1. "Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Customer service went the extra mile. Would stay again just because of that. Food was very good. Lots of options and plenty of it. Location was perfect, on the edges of the busy tourist area so quiet, a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. Three minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend."
