Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough.
The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am?
On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time?
The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further.
Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.

It’s a little bit old one and included so I have some meals the meals are good and do the hotels in normal location in Resort parking lot but in front of the building there are several social parking lot. You can park your cars in.

We have only been here 2 days, and I already want to go home. This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our 2 bedroom apartment was OK. Not bothered that it was basic, but condition of it was horrific. Sockets hanging off wall, bathroom fixtures missing or rusty. Shutters on windows/balcony door do not close as hinges are rusted away. Freezing at night because the front door had such a huge gap, the cold air came straight into our bedroom, but you only have a paper thin sheet and duvet the size of a postage stamp to keep you covered. Also, not told that it was up 8 flights of marble stairs with no one to help carry 3 x 20kg suitcases. My back and knees are now done for. Extra charges for pool towels and minigolf, even though the minigolf course is ripped to shreds and the gardener just walked over the holes as we were playing without apology. Food is disgusting. We are not fussy eaters, but it is cold, dry, tough and inedible. The restaurant is so crammed as not big enough for all the guests. Have eaten out every night which we were not expecting as we were all inclusive. The daily sncks are literally the same thing everyday. Beer tap has been out of order at pool/snack area for 3 days. WIFI is crap. My teenage son was looking forward to using his Internet and consoles online whilst away. Nope, I can barely check my emails without the WiFi disconnecting every 15 minutes. And if you want to use the games room, at least half the machines are out of order, and the prize machines are barely full. The staff are incredibly rude and started talking to a bunch of other guests whilst serving us. The Germans are treated like royalty, even though they kept pushing me out the way complaining I was walking too slowly down the stairs. Again, stairs everywhere to get to bar restaurant, entertainment. The location is the only good thing, as literally on the doorstep of the main square with lots of shops and restaurants. Avoid and don't waste your money, I wish I had taken more notice of the reviews.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, no fridge and use of the safe is extra. Food is ok but choice limited towards end of the sitting. Restaurant can be cramped at times.

Prettig verrast door het gerenoveerde appartement. Erg mooi! Daarnaast voor mijn verjaardag ook nog eens compleet verrast door dit hotel met een bruisend cadeau 🥂. Heel erg gewaardeerd 🤩. We zijn hier nu voor het derde jaar en komen zeker volgend jaar weer terug.

Hi so having read the reviews on this hotel I was very reluctant about it,we arrived at 1.15 pm staff were very friendly and informative,had the wristband of horror attached to us which actually turned out to be fantastic as it had the room key on it too,amazing,the room was clean,the shower was fantastic and no probs with the air con,food is as you would expect,plentiful,varied,could be a little cooler than we would have liked but something for everyone,the drinks were good,I had to ask for smaller measures!!straight from breakfast and lunch there was more food available,chips,burgers,hotdogs,toasties,ice cream also available constantly along with lovley ice lollies,sunbeds don't open till 10am but we always got one,on the whole this was a cheap holiday with a 3 star rating,oh and the location is amazing too,if ya wanna pay 3/4 thousand for 5 star then that's upto you,I like clean,friendly places and this hotel ticked the boxes,would we stay there again?...without a doubt,may'be it doe's need a little updating but did not affect our holiday at all.In my opinion I'd say go for it and watch this space cos this hotel...I would say is up and coming,thankyou to all the staff and people we met there,we had an absolute blast 🙂

Defekte Klima, unsaubere/muffige Zimmer, Allgemeine Hygiene wird da nicht groß geschrieben, Essen nicht so gut, Poolbereich von 10-18 Uhr geöffnet (geht garnicht) . Viel zu viel dafür bezahlt.
