Nice place, but the location is very active and super crowded. I couldn't find a nearby place to park my car as the parking was full.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. I paid for double superior room, but was given standard room instead. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly to the floor and when flushing, it leaked out and smelled bad. However, when checking out, they admitted that they were wrong by giving me different room category, and promised to compensate when booking with them again. I booked a stay again later on. However, when arriving to check in, they had me waiting for 2 hours due to fixing the LED light. Overall, unorganized and unprofessional service.

When I first checked in, I almost collapsed. The door and toilet were so broken that I wanted to escape. Later, I contacted Ctrip and they helped me to change to a bigger house. Only then did I think about the room type I booked. Otherwise, I really couldn't stay there for a minute.

Because some floors are under renovation, there are construction noises. I called the front desk and it was handled in half an hour. There was also a lot of dust due to the renovations. The hotel's price is excellent for its location, but several issues arose... 1. The internet keeps disconnecting and the hotel's network is slow. 2. The water keeps cutting out while you're showering, and you keep using the bidet. 3. There's no drinking water. 4. There's no safe in the room, and the hotel's safe is modest. 6.
