I had a bad experience with this hotel. I paid for double superior room, but was given standard room instead. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly to the floor and when flushing, it leaked out and smelled bad. However, when checking out, they admitted that they were wrong by giving me different room category, and promised to compensate when booking with them again. I booked a stay again later on. However, when arriving to check in, they had me waiting for 2 hours due to fixing the LED light. Overall, unorganized and unprofessional service.

Good stuff

The hotel left a pleasant impression. The room was newly renovated, everything was very clean. We arrived before check-in time, they met us halfway and allowed us to check in and place our things in the room earlier. I booked a room with a king-size bed, but we were not comfortable sleeping on one bed. I asked if it was possible to provide us with another room, with two separate beds. We were shown two rooms, with one large bed and two separate beds, and were offered to choose which room would be more comfortable for us. Breakfast - buffet, was very tasty, lots of greens, vegetables and salads. The cafe has a selection of various desserts at an affordable price - we were satisfied. But unfortunately, there were also disadvantages: The Internet on the floor did not work, we reported the problem, they promised to solve the issue, but in the end the issue was not resolved. In order to connect to Wi-Fi and stay in touch, we had to spend the whole evening in the lobby. Plus, the phone in the room for contacting the reception did not work. We also reported this. We were told that an employee would come to us soon and fix it. We waited, but no one came. It is also worth mentioning that the air conditioners only work in cold mode, and you can only warm up under a blanket, it is very cold in the room. Although the country is warm and without a real winter - but at night in March it is quite cold. Despite all the minuses, we were satisfied. On departure, we were told that we forgot some personal items in the room. Thank you very much that the item was honestly returned! On arrival and departure, they helped with the suitcases.

I think this hotel is worth the price. Good value for money. You have to ask for towels yourself. No body soap provided.

Disadvantages: The hygienic condition is worrying, and the bedding has hair from the previous customer that has not been cleaned. The environment around the hotel is complex. It is not recommended to go out at night as it is unsafe; Advantages: Breakfast is provided, the staff's service attitude is very good, the room has shampoo and shower gel, and there is a balcony to dry clothes;

The location of the hotel is OK, near Liberation Square, the service staff is professional and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich, but the hotel facilities are a bit old and the room hygiene can be improved.

The service is good. This is my second stay. It is very close to the Cairo Museum and the Nile River, making it convenient for travel
