"Secluded location but nice rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner meals. Front desk staff spoke English and were nice I gave it only 4 stars bc my air didn't work. I had no air flow in the room. When I asked how to work it, there were 2 different control panels and 1 did light up but it wouldn't do anything or allow me to change it, I was only offered to move rooms and I didn't feel the need at 5am for only 1 night. I survived. And there were slots to slide in your room key to activate it like much of Italy but we had actual room keys, not cards."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the city center, the train station, and the port (2 minutes). However, the nearest beach is about 10 km away. Breakfast is very basic: coffee, tea, croissants, and a few sweet pastries. No savory options (no cheese or eggs). The rooms are basic, but the price is reasonable for the area. The only real downside is security. A man entered a women's room during the night. I immediately notified reception, and the receptionist had him removed without delay. Thank you to her for her quick response. Women traveling alone should, however, remain vigilant."

"The hotel's location is beautiful, right on the beach. At the beginning of Poetto Beach. 150 meters away is the bus stop where the buses take you to the city center in 15 minutes. The atmosphere is lovely. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and tidy. The room is gorgeous and has a large balcony. The hotel has free bicycles, and riding them along the lungomare is a must-do activity!"
