Siamo giunti al termine del nostro soggiorno in questa struttura meravigliosa dove nulla è lasciato al caso. Lo staff disponibile e gentile, sempre attento ad ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Lo chef ci ha poi deliziato con i suoi piatti ricercati e mai scontati che ci hanno permesso di conoscere i sapori di questa terra. Grazie a tutti per averci regalato un Natale magico!

First class wellness hotel in beautiful Ahrntal with very good access to alpine skiing close to Kronplatz, sleigh riding, ski hiking to well known peaks and cross country skiing. Very friendly service. Outstanding kitchen with tasty local food.

Cosa dire ? Hotel perfetto con tutti i confort dalla Camera alla piscina per poi passare alle saune e per finire in un bel ristorante molto accogliete dove si mangia anche bene ,personale molto cortese e gentile,ottima posiziene per fare tante escursioni ,sicuramente ci ritorno !!

Scarsa pulizia,arredamento vecchio,inaccettabile pagare quasi 300€ per notte in suite e avere biancheria da letto bucata,nonostante la pulizia quotidiana e sistemazione letto (senza cambiare la biancheria) per ben 4 notti….nella sauna i contenitori per il sale ,usati e appoggiati nella stessa posizione per 2 giorni

Buona scelta per un pò di relax
Buon hotel ben posizionato nella valle e comodo per raggiungere i vari punti di partenza per le escursioni, sia in macchina sia con i mezzi pubblici (la fermata del bus è a pochi metri) per i quali viene dato il biglietto gratuito.
Colazione abbondante e con una buona varietà di scelta. Stessa cosa per la cena. Dalle 2 alle 4 è prevista una merenda... ma non siamo mai riusciti a farla perchè sempre in giro.
Ottima la possibilità di avere la MTB elettrica direttamente in hotel, e almeno per ora... gratuitamente.
Spa/Piscina nella norma, non enormi ma di dimensioni più che adeguate per il numero di ospiti.
Personale molto gentile (chiedete a loro se volete consigli su qualche escursione).
Stanze spaziose anche se forse leggermente 'datate' in alcune 'parti'... in ogni camera c'è un tablet e tv molto grande, pavimenti e finiture dei bagni magari da ammodernare così come le sdraio sui singoli balconi... piccoli dettagli in ogni caso che non modificano il giudizio più che buono della struttura.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo sicuramente ottimo.

Das Hotel liegt schön im Tal, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer nach hinten zum Bach hin. Auf der anderen Seite des Hotels verläuft die Talstraße. Ja, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und eine Modernisierung würde neuen Glanz bringen, aber es war alles sauber. Das Personal war rundum freundlich, angefangen von den immer strahlenden Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption bis zum Servicepersonal. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde umgehend geholfen. Das Essen war immer lecker, ausreichend und heiß und die Tische stets einladend eingedeckt. Etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Salat- und Antipasti-Buffet wäre manchmal schön gewesen und teilweise sind die Getränke tatsächlich recht teuer. Das gilt auch für die Preise im Barbereich. Im Wellnessbereich findet jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack, für das Wohlbefinden stehen Obst und Getränke immer parat. Auch das Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas, einschließlich frisch zubereiteter Spiegeleier und Omeletts auf Wunsch.

Per vivere una favola, anche solo per una notte come nel nostro caso, l'Alpin Royal è il posto giusto. La parola chiave appena entrati è cortesia. Consiglio la struttura per chi volesse una fuga dalla città e immergersi nella natura bucolica.
