非常漂亮的酒店，含了雙早和雙晚，餐食很不錯。
游泳池是亮點，歲月靜好。

Partiamo da un presupposto…magia allo stato puro !!!!! Posto da sogno…avevo una Life suite e il panorama era magico, la stanza super con sauna in camera. Ottima l’idea della bottiglia d’acqua di fonte ogni giorno. Centro benessere top,spazi e ambientazioni eccellenti, palestra e piscine da urlo, panorami dalle terrazze memorabili …ma…in un posto 5 stelle lusso e con un costo di 750€ a notte per stanza (TROPPO ALTO ) non si possono chiedere 5,00€ per una bottiglia da 70 cl di acqua o un caffè al bar 3€. Inoltre per la cucina, colazione 10 e lode ma per il pranzo a buffet e la cena misto buffet/servita a tavolo troppi sapori strani e più internazionali con tendenze tedesche. Un consiglio…meno salse e più cose semplici e meno “complicate” e l’accesso come orario alla cena almeno da portare alle 21 . Se si aggiusteranno questi piccoli dettagli, Amonti può diventare davvero il numero 1 in assoluto !!!

Un posto davvero molto lussuoso, forse i costi sono un po' troppo alti però resort affascinante da tutti i punti di vista. Per i bimbi e ragazzi c'è anche una zona scivoli tranquilli ma divertenti. Lo consiglio a chi vuole una vacanza lussuosa e di relax

Sull’hotel nulla da dire.. ma la recensione negativa va per il servizio dei bambini. Le mie due figlie 2.8 anni sono rimaste traumatizzate dal trattamento ricevuto da una maestra se così si può chiamare..assolutamente non consiglierei di lasciare i propri figli , sopratutto i piccoli, visto che prendono dai 2 anni.. dovevamo rimanere 5 notti, dopo due notti siamo andati via dopo aver parlato con il direttore. Un hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbe avere personale qualificato non le prime che capitano senza pazienza e senza un minimo di dolcezza nei confronti dei bambini piccoli.

Un Resort fantastico, impressiona per quanto è curato, esteticamente di impatto. Ottima la cucina, fantastico il personale. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Family Bio Suite, un paradiso. Ottimo per le famiglie, si trova in una zona fantastica per fare molte attività e ha un panorama mozzafiato! Complimenti per tutto!

Manca decisamente qualcosa. Resort esteticamente curato e d'effetto, ma in entrambi i miei soggiorni ho notato scarsa attenzione al dettaglio. Ho trovato di buon livello e qualità la proposta della cena e la colazione, il brunch invece è a tratti imbarazzante per la ripetitività e la scarsa cura. Tra una permanenza e l'altra inoltre ho constatato purtroppo una netta diminuzione della qualità della clientela e un uso molesto degli smartphone in ogni area dell'hotel (anche in quelle vietate) a scapito della privacy. Penso che negli hotel di fascia alta questo aspetto sia seriamente da considerare, la visibilità non è tutto, soprattutto se questo va a scapito dell'esperienza degli altriospiti. Nulla da eccepire sull'area wellness e sull'area family pool con scivoli, ben pensata e divertente.

Ich, mein Mann und mein Sohn (10 Jahre) haben Ende Juli einen Kurzurlaub im AMONTI & LUNARIS verbracht. Wir haben jetzt einige Kurzurlaube in Südtiroler Hotels der gehobenen Klasse gemacht, aber das AMONTI & LUNARIS war das beste Hotel bis jetzt. Schon beim Willkommensdrink wussten wir, dass dieses Wellnesshotel eine gute Wahl ist. Unsere Suite war im Lunaris, sie war geräumig, sehr modern eingerichtet und ruhig. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen wurde wirklich auf Qualität geachtet, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und der Tisch traumhaft gedeckt. Wenn mein Sohn mit der Röhrenrutsche und Breitwasserrutsche beschäftigt war, hatten wir auch Zeit die traumhafte und ruhige Dachterrasse zu genießen. Mein Sohn spricht mich immer wieder darauf an, wann wir das nächste Mal im AMONTI & LUNARIS Urlaub machen werden, sein Wunsch wäre da natürlich länger zu bleiben.

Soggiorno rilassante,struttura all altezza. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera al fresco e silenziosa,così da rendere ancora più rilassante il nostro soggiorno. Cibo molto buono e buffet fornito. Miniclub oragnizzato molto bene,mia figlia non vedevo L ora di andarci. La stella più alta va data all area Spa al 4 piano. Super rilassante e vista mozzafiato. Un ringraziamento speciale a PATRIZIA,che con la sua professionalità e simpatia rendeva ogni gettata di vapore magnifica. Complimenti davvero!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Sono in vacanza in questo momento nella struttura dell''Amonti hotel che dovrebbe essere un 5 Stelle 🤭!!!!!!!!!!! Spiace dire che non ci stiamo trovando bene, stanza rumorosissima, non si riesce per niente a riposare, siamo sopra la sala ristorazione ed è un incubo, nonostante durante la nostra prenotazione mesi prima, ci eravamo raccomandati con richiesta espressamente scritta via mail di avere una stanza silenziosa lontano da fonti rumore, ma così purtroppo non è stato, taglie degli accappatoi sbagliate nonostante avessimo comunicato nel pre check in le taglie richieste. Richiesta anche la fornitura di un cuscino duro, anche questa disattesa. Sino alle 23 non si dorme e alla mattina alle 7 ci si sveglia con i rumori della cucina e la musica sotto. pazzesco e inaccettabile!! Penso di non ritornare più, mi dispiace.
