the bathroom was not cleaned as there was toothpaste on the taps, P. hair in the tub and dirty floor in the bathtub.
staff was making an effort to remedy this and will see if they offer me some compensation on my room fee.

The motel in Cache Creek is not very friendly the duty manger was so rude to us we were booked in with Eagle Rider and will inform then not to us this motel for future riders coming through her name is Juliet M rooms need a big upgrade ...but I will say young fellow who booked us in couldn't do enough to check us in terrible terrible social media is a good thing

The door latch was loose and ready to fall off, the window was open when we arrived however the screen was on but felt abit unsafe with the door lock was broken and loose thankful my grown son was with me. that is the only problem i seen with the venue.

We didn’t check the restaurant. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was damaged so we did not use it.

This was a perfectly adequate option for us to stay on our long drive home from Anchorage. It definitely did not have the same appearance as other Sandman properties we had noticed on the drive. The property is old and you can tell the staff did the best they could in terms of cleaning, etc. It is due for some maintenance and sprucing up.

Lobby was a disaster and stunk. Large A/C unit set up on the stairs, not very safe. Room was clean but small and very aged.

We're satisfied for the price. WiFi was weak and our faucet leaked a bit of water. Pillows were too puffy. But bed was otherwise comfortable and room was clean. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is quite dated and run down. The restaurant that appears in the online pictures appears to have been closed for years. The in room air conditioning did work. There was no cold airflow. The bed was quite soft and not very comfortable.
