Great location near the garden tennis courts, however about 10 min walking to town center and the beach. Our apartment was in need of renvoation, yet staff very friendly and helpful during office hours.

The location was excellent, close to the town, beaches and also D-Day sites. Checking in to the apartment was OK and the accommodation was fine, however the bathroom design was poor, it was very difficult for anyone over 170cm to use the shower as it was in the eves. The toilet was downstairs but did not have a basin to wash hands. It would have been a better design to have a wet room where the toilet was and put the toilet in the bathroom.
Other than that was fine, and we would be happy to return

La résidence mérite un bon coup de rénovation (notamment la peinture). Il aurait été bien que le chauffage soit allumé avant notre arrivée, ce qui aurait rendu notre arrivée plus chaleureuses... Le logement reste cependant tout à fait confortable et agréable. La situation géographique est idéale pour sa proximité avec la mer et la rue commerçante principale.

Arriver dans un appartement E3 pour 4/6 personnes sale même très sale !!! coulure et éclaboussures de café sur le meuble blanc dans la cuisine La table sale au bord rempli de miettes en dessous du verre trace de coulure sur les pieds Le pire ce sont les wc marron et des morceaux excréments Réclamation à la réception on nous propose de nous donner du produit pour nettoyer nous même HONTEUX !!!! Nous sommes pas d’accord .Suite à cela nous obtenons le changement d appartement mais en déclassement sans remboursement et même pas d excuses au passage???

Rien ne va, residence sale vetuste non fonctionnel, pas de place tout est insuffisant la caution non rendue malgre que nous avons exigé une personne pour l'etat des lieux sinon odalys procede n'importe comment , le vacancier part et c'est eux en notre absence qui decident!! aujourd'hui la plate forme renvoie sur la reception et reciproquement alors que la personne devant nous sa statué du parfait rendu en etat conformité / rien ne va ! c'est inacceptable pour le prix 1700 euros la semaine pour un appart de 6 ou 6 ne peuvent pas loger correctement !etage, wc en bas escaliers dangereux, meubles literie sales, pas assez de rangement , non équopés pour 6...catastrophique
