The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

The scenery of the hotel is superb, the building on the cliff is particularly attractive, the facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is great, and the sea view room has a very beautiful view.

My husband and I stayed at Sandos this month. Everything was top notch. The service was excellent. Georgina & Jorge worked breakfast at Don Diego's. As soon as we walked through the door they had our drinks waiting for us. We can't wait to go back. The staff became family.

Very good atmosphere and service, this is my third time here! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Israel helped me and my friend while at the spa and was very respectful and helpful.

What a unique and wonderful hôtel in Los Cabos! The site is located in a stunning site and facing the marina and océan. It is clean with beautiful landscaping and excellent employees dedicated to make our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to the Best barman Sosa, to Norma around the pool, Alberto at Don Diego and beautiful Yuki and Henrique of the entertainment team. I will be back!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Sandos. The grounds and buildings were all beautifully taken care of. Everything was so clean. We were especially pleased with the staff. They took great pride in welcoming us or saying hi every time we saw them. Our butlers, Christina and Abraham, were amazing. They remembered every detail of our stay and called us by name when they saw us. Ismael at the member pool hooked us up with some amazing drinks and helped order food to the pool. We got to know Magda at member desk who shared some fun history about herself, the resort, and some longtime staff. We also met some new friends. We were very impressed and will be back.

I traveled to Cabo with my sister. We had so much fun. I have a severe gluten intolerance and was treated like a queen and not a pain in the butt. The food was amazing. The staff, including the manager, was on top of everything and informed each restaurant where we would be eating each day and my restrictions. They gave me a note written in Spanish to make sure everyone from the hostess to the chef would understand. I felt safe and the food was outstanding in all of the restaurants. We both give it a five out of five and would definitely go again. The pool is so fun, the grounds are beautiful, itself clean and being close to the marina is a bonus…because you can break out of the all-inclusive shell. Truly an amazing vacation. And I give a lot of thanks to Santos Finisterra for taking care of my needs. ☀️

This was my first trip to Cabo and we absolutely loved staying at Sandos Finisterra! We chose an ocean view room and the views were amazing! The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Loved waking up to the ocean every morning, and listening to waves in the distance at night. The pools can be a bit noisy at times, but they offer several pool options. I was really impressed by the beautiful Breakfast brunch served every morning! Diego’s Restaurant has lovely views of the marina, and a wrap around balcony! Also loved the restaurant on the beach. Delicious food, including amazing desserts! The Swim up bar was fun and the service was amazing here as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wonderful, relaxing and fun experience and can’t wait to return!
