The hotel is small but relatively new in the city. Room has a great view but lack of maintenance. They don’t even have smart TV. Pools are small. Food was average with no surprises. Service was great if you are White (which I’m not).

This experience was the absolute best! This property offers the best of all worlds, shopping, pool, beach, charter boat… Everything! The thing that really set it apart was the staff, though. Miguel, Franco, Leo… they take normal Customer Service to the next level! we came for a bachelorette party and we’re so thankful that we chose this property!

The resort staff were attentive and excellent. They got our football game on the TV in the AC, which was cool. The food is pretty good and there are several options. We did have a large group 22 of us, and one night at dinner they failed to deliver one person’s dinner. Our room had good AC, but that wasn’t the case everywhere. Stefani, Mariano, and all of the bartenders were fantastic and had us having a great time every day. The location is great to the marina and we love the sea lions acting like clowns. Having a beach is pretty unique and we loved that.

We had a great time. Almost canceled reading some of the other reviews. We had no noise issues, yes there is a marina but it didnt stop us from sleeping peacefully. Food was great (especially room service). Pool was fun. Place is clean and great atmosphere. DJ Alfonso at the pool made all the difference, very good DJ. Pool service was great. Entertainment crew was amazing. Service at restaurants was slow at times, id recommend a qr code so people tip more vs just cash, might encourage faster services.
