This place is so charming...great location and amazing staff. My spouse and I stayed there for a couple of nights: one night at the regular room and another night at the honeymoon suite, great experience. Everything is within walking distance...restaurants, bars, mall, marina district, and of course the beach 🏖. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a small Mexican-style boutique hotel that was affordable but still full of charm, and this place was perfect. The staff was incredibly hospitable and made us feel like family. Special thanks to Maggy, who was so sweet and always ready with great recommendations for excursions and local food. Every time we came or went, she greeted us warmly like old friends! :) The hotel is beautifully decorated with authentic Mexican touches that give it so much character! It feels intimate, colorful, and full of life. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including tacos, mariscos, and home-style food. There is even a small market right next door! The location is ideal if you want to enjoy local and affordable food instead of the more touristy spots. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Medano Beach or the marina, and around 5 minutes to Lazaro Cardenas where you’ll find shops, bars, and nightlife. I was hesitant to stay at a two-star property at first, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It’s very clean, well maintained, and feels safe. The building is older but charming, and it had everything we needed. There was a mini fridge in the room, an iron and blow dryer available upon request, a cute shared kitchen, and cozy tables and chairs outside each room. The gates close at 10 p.m. for guests’ safety, which gave me extra peace of mind. If you’re looking for a charming and budget-friendly place to sleep, shower, and feel at home between your adventures, this is it. A true hidden gem with genuine hospitality and heart!!!!

I love this place. The ambiance is amazing. It’s very quiet. The staff are wonderful. They know me by name. They accommodate me during every stay and have even started offering perks. I was actually told I was “like family” by one of the staff members. I cannot say enough good things. I feel safe and taken well care of. Like I said, I love the place.

This place was such a gem. The rooms were clean, the hotel was adorable, and everyone we met there was so nice. The hotel was centrally located and walkable. They also organized a ride to the airport for us that was easy and affordable. I'd definitely stay here again!
