Hacienda Beach Club & Residences

The entire staff is amazing. The bellmen.. Juan, David, Erick, Salvador, Tito and Hugo always make sure we get where we need to be! What an amazing crew! Thank you!

I’ve been to the resort a few times and came back July 8-18 and I can say it was perfect. I love visiting when it’s quite and off season it’s still in the 90’s and sunny. I went multiple times to the beach with the children. Mauricio, Jorge and Diego always took such great care of us. Every morning they had our beach chairs/loungers and umbrellas ready for us. I have to say that Manny at the pool was also amazing he always greeted us with a friendly smile and was helpful with recommendations. The gentleman at the front desk area saw my kids coming up the stairs and knew my kids wanted a ride in the golf cart to their rooms. Without hesitation they welcomed them and made it fun each and every time.

Our stay at Hacienda Beach Club was absolutely fantastic! The beachfront location was perfect, with easy access to the sand and sea. We loved the spacious, clean residence and the super comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The resort's amenities, like the pool and the beachfront restaurant, were well-maintained and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. I want to really talk about the staff here at HBC. Unbelievable! The hospitality is off the charts here. Santiago, David, & Juan worked at the bell desk and always happily gave us a golf cart ride to our building - always! Jorge & Diego in the beach area were beyond helpful. They made a wet sand path with a hose when we were headed back to the resort because the sand is literally fire. Tell me where you've seen that kind of customer service before?!! We ordered food and drinks from the beach all day and it was always service with a smile! They even brought a small cooler out to us to keep our drinks cool while we were ventured into the ocean. Also, ask for Mannie at the pool - he is wonderful! He runs the pool area and is always happy to help and always available! Rodrigo was our pool waiter - we never had an empty drink :) Lastly, I want to emphasize how hard these employees work - whether it's the beach, pool, restaurant, bell desk or concierge. Please tip them - they make very little without tips. They always go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one! Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway.

The most amazing beach house we ever stayed. Loved the pools and the views. The view of the pools and Pacific Ocean look seamlessly. Water temperature of the pools is perfect, so comfortable you could stay in the whole day. The properties are right next to the beach, there are multiple entrances to access. Also walkable to the Marina, and further to some shopping areas. Walkable to many restaurants outside of the property, also a wonderful massage place by the beach. Loved it!!! It is a great resort for family vacation and group activities. Each unit has multiple rooms and a full kitchen. Last but not least, a huge patio with generous views of the ocean. You could enjoy just sitting there.

This was our second spring break in Cabo staying at the Hacienda. We had a beautiful 2bedroom condo with amazing views. The condo was beautifully decorated and large with two incredible balconies. I ordered groceries ahead of time which made not having to stop on the way from airport so much better. We we had surprise appetizers and margaritas in our room when we arrived. The place is secure only guests can enter the gated property so makes you feel really safe. Great beach with Serbians easy walk to the Marina and the Office. There is a great gym, spa and pickle ball courts. The restaurant in the Hacienda has incredible food and views. We had two gentleman as our beach attendants Diego and Mauricio who set up our umbrellas and longe chairs on the beach. I have been to Cabo many times and this is hands down the best place. It feels like home and I feel like I could live there.

Stayed at Unit 6501 in 1H Homes for our company trip—great experience! The unit was clean, stylish, and had a warm private pool. Big thanks to Juan, Hugo, David, Santiago, Laura, and Martin for the amazing service. They helped with everything from golf cart rides to local tips. Super friendly and always on point.
