Hacienda Beach Club & Residences

Our stay at Hacienda Beach Club was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel truly at home. The service throughout our visit was exceptionally genuine, timely, and full of warmth. A special thank you to our amazing servers Rodrigo, Nacho, Gerry, and especially Sergio, went above and beyond to make every meal memorable. The delicious, fresh drinks crafted by our bartender Favian were another highlight of our stay. We were also blown away by the high energy, creativity, and friendliness of the activities team — Jorge, Mauricio, and especially Diego made every activity so much fun and kept our whole family engaged and smiling. We enjoyed stand up paddle board yoga, ocean kayaking to snorkel, a boat tour to sight see & snorkel all with Diego and Jorge. As well as many beach games and board games with the three of them. Eduardo, one of the managers, was incredibly attentive and showed genuine care for our family throughout our visit — his leadership truly stands out. Our bellmen — Hugo, Juan, Tito, Salvador, David, and Santiago — were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every arrival and departure effortless. Every single member of the Hacienda team made us feel like part of their family, and it’s bittersweet to be leaving such a special place. We’re already looking forward to returning. My family and I had the most incredible two-week stay at Hacienda Beach Club in Cabo. We’ve traveled to Cabo several times, and this was by far our best experience yet. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and kind – but we especially want to give a huge shoutout to the Activities team on the beach: Diego, Jorge, and Mauricio. Led by Diego, this team made our whole trip top-notch. They took such great care of our family every single day. Each morning, we’d come down to the beach to find our chairs already set up with fun designs in the sand – such a thoughtful touch. The real highlight, though, was all of the amazing activities we got to do with them: kayaking and snorkeling by the Arch, playing Mexican lottery and blackjack on the beach, and so much more. We absolutely loved spending time with them and couldn’t get enough! We actually planned to stay for one week but ended up extending our trip to two weeks because we were having such an amazing time. We stayed here 2.5 years ago and didn’t have this kind of experience then – the Activities team is doing incredible things under Diego’s leadership and special care. They made our trip so fun, memorable, and truly special. A big thank-you also goes to our wonderful beach server Sergio, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always on top of it – making sure our food and drinks arrived quickly. Gerardo, Rodrigo and Nacho were fantastic as well, and Fabian, the pool bartender, kept the good vibes flowing all day! And last but not least, Eduardo – he made us feel completely at home. Every day, he’d come down to the beach just to check in and make sure everything was perfect. He’s one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. We’re so sad to be heading home and already miss this place and the amazing people who made our stay so unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back soon! Everything is so beautiful and so nice here. Definitely a great choice to stay in Cabo. Gorgeous view, great location just beside the marina and on the beach, very well maintained facilities and very friendly and professional service. David and Brandon always give us a warm smile and good hospitality! We will come back!

What an incredibly relaxing trip, as the Staff at Hacienda Beach Club were giving attention to every detail—from the pool people, food service, bar tenders, and golf cart drivers taking us to and from our room. They were courteous and helpful. Thank you Erick, Hugo, David, Salvador, and Juan!

Wonderful resort! Was visiting for a quick 2 night trip for anniversary. Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay with activities and transportation. We ate at the restaurant 3 times. Pedro took care of us every time and made our experience top notch. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

This is the place to stay in Cabo. From the moment the car , booked thru the hotel, picked us up, to the return to the airport, nothing went wrong. Paula met us and we were ushered to our 1 bedroom condo. Pool service from Sergio and Jorge was attentive with a never ending smile. Food at the Hacienda restaurant was out standing. Use the resort for groceries, room requests and airport transfers. Loved texting Paula questions . Response was quick and on point. My husband and I love to travel, especially cruising. Yet I will happily give up a cruise to come back to the Hacienda.
