Absolutely fantastic service from Cirilo and Jose! They were attentive and knew what we wanted! Always accommodating and full of fun! I would highly recommend sitting in their section went up at the Ridge in the pool. Service here was outstanding.

Stayed in the Ridge area, Uriel and Ophelia were great. Food was better than expected after what we experienced in Cancun. Great location to shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Only downside would be bars and restaurants at the resort closing at 10pm

The Ridge at Playa Grande is our home away from home! The suites are spacious and comfortable, everything is so clean. The staff are friendly and professional. They have the best room service and poolside menu and drinks options. The only thing I would improve on would be to not let people reserve a chair by placing a towel on it for hours at a time before bothering to show up; this affects other guests who actually want pool time and revenue because an empty chair is not going to order food and drinks. Seriously some of the people putting down towels in these chairs before sunrise give a whole new meaning to the term early bird. Other than that- love the ridge and poolside server Ofelia is the best!

We had a wonderful trip. The food was great and the service even better. We did not partake in any of the theme nights, but next time we will. Our room was overlooking the marina and had wonderful views. It is a quick five minute walk down to the shops on the marina and we always felt safe. Ofelia by the top pool was amazing!!

I look forward to coming here every year. The staff is incredible and take excellent care of us always. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Especially on the Ridge. Jose, Uriel, Ophelia, Eric, and everyone else, keep doing what you’re doing. Best resort in Cabo!

Uriel was so awesome & we loved all of the other waiters and waitresses Also! We love everything at Playa Grande! Infinity pools were fabulous! Met some great people from all over the US and Canada! Whales were so amazing- do the whale watching! Thank you, thank you- we definitely want to come back!!!!

Ok …where do I start? Another week has passed by so quickly. We had a great time staying on the The Ridge at Playa Grande. First the bad: my mattress ****** but I was told they are schedule for replacement soon The other was the roughness of pool Be careful it can take your skin off. . Now the wait staff. Raciel the bar manager/ supervisor has Alway been spectacular. He is a long time employee here, along with Johnny( a Calima) and Martine in the lobby bar. Dedicated employees. Back at the Ridge, Jose, Cirilo, Olivia, and Uriel all served us so well. Friendly and attentive. They all treat us so well that tipping is so easy. Be sure you don’t act cheap out on tip! We use the pesos while in Cabo. They are easy to get from an ATM. If you exchange direct the a bank ATM you get the best exchange rate.

It was a great time. For the 2nd year in a row the crew on the pool deck were outstanding and meet our needs to every degree. Our special thanks to Ofelia who was always there and took excellent care of us. She made the stay extra special. Thanks to all of the crew.
