We stayed at the Ridge and spent most of our time at that pool. Jose and Uriel were both amazing and provided excellent customer care anticipating everything we needed and being friendly and courteous. The other José at Calima restaurant was also exceptional. Highly recommend the Temezcal experience with Ana. Life changing!

Ofelia and Uriel provided outstanding service at the Ridge Pool area. They were very attentive, friendly and efficient. They both made our experience fantastic!! I have been vacationing at Playa Grande for many years and these servers were the best i have ever experienced.

The ridge pool top bar is amazing, our servers Ofelia and Uriel were fantastic taking care of everything that we requested and answered all our questions. Great views of the ocean where we could easily see the whales, hats off too Ofelia and Uriel I will definitely be back. Greetings from Canada

The rooftop bar at the Ridge was fantastic. The view amazing. You could watch the whales all day long. Uriel and Afelia were excellent servers. Very good service and very helpful. Always smiling and ready to help. Thanks for making my trip one to remember.

We had breakfast at the ridge and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view is absolutely spectacular. We had great service and everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. Try the fresh squeezed orange juice. It’s delightful. everyone helped make our experience very enjoyable.

This is our second year back and look forward to next year!! We booked our room at the Ridge and it is worth every penny! The rooms are large and have a beautiful view and everyone is so welcoming and acommodating. Ureil up at the Ridge Bar was the best waiter! He took care of us all day and made us feel at home. It is hard to find good service now days and he went above and beyond. We looked forward to having him serve us each day!
