Corazón Cabo, a Noble House Resort

Our stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short. The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way. We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience. The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity. Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience. Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room. Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much. In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.

Corazon Cabo is a vibe! Beautiful surroundings, and the people here are so helpful and friendly. The food and drinks are delicious also. A special shout out to Benjamin and Jr. who were very accommodating and patient. Looking forward to returning to Corazon Cabo soon!

We visited for our first family vacation with our 3 yr old twins and had a wonderful experience! It was the perfect location for our family. The staff was incredible - so welcoming and hospitable. From the desk staff, to the pool staff (shout out to Lucero who took care of us every day!) and everyone we encountered, they were all so friendly. The resort was spotless, and the rooms were comfortable and offered everything we needed. We loved the central location in Cabo and the view from our ocean front room could not be beat! We will absolutely be back!

Perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and on a great swimming beach. Access to all beach activities is very close Jeanette our housekeeper was extremely efficient. Luis at the front desk was extremely kind and went the extra mile to help us with our boarding passes Our room was awesome. However the elevators were no both in service so we had to use the stairs most of the time. WiFi in our building was also terrible and didn’t work Staff at this resort is amazing. Especially the beach club. Those guys were ripping and running in the heat Food excellent with great restaurants nearby as well Overall, we loved our stay

Beautiful place, close to the beach, the marina and downtown. The food is fantastic at all the locations on the property. Close to must see locations like The Office and Mango Deck. The Marina is a short walk away or a quick Uber ride. I will be staying here again!!

This is our first time in Cabo and we absolutely loved our experience! Love Christian and Marten at Rooftop 360!! The pool has wonderful views and they are so accommodating! The hotel is amazing and the staff is wonderful! Luis is also great!!

We have been coming here for 16 years and love it just as much this time as we did the first time. Wait staff was great! Our 4 kids had a great time at the pool. We really love the new pool setup and how beautiful the view is. Very convenient hotel and close to all the places you would want to shop and eat.

Hit the Beach Club late in the afternoon with the sun setting and the beach activity winding down. Edy was our server and let me tell you, he was on top of his game even though staff was in more or less cleanup mode. I’ve been coming to Corazón for more than 10 years and am a member here. Service like this is why I always kept coming back.
