Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

All around an excellent stay. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The beaches are annoying with people constantly asking you to buy souvenirs. They literally block your ocean view. Very annoying. We we given a room originally that smelled like mildew and mold. We asked for another room and were given an amazing room With a wonderful view and smell free! We ended up having a great time.

Service was excellent from front desk Antonio to buffet area with Laura and another Antonio. We appreciate the service and look forward to coming back.

I have been coming to Pueblo Bonito Rose, Sunset beach and Blanco since 1998. We purchased a time share while the kids were in school, they are not 42 and 39, we are still coming. The food at the blanco resturants is wonderful, the all inclusive is worth it and there is much to do, a short walk to the marina and the mall and downtown shopping. Safe and fun. The sky pool at sunset beach is awesome, if you stay at the Rose and do the all inclusive, you can use it at Blanco and Sunset1 I own a time share here.

Pueblo Bonito Rosé is a unique resort. It is perfectly situated on the Sea of Cortez and most rooms have a magnificent ocean view. There are miles of pristine beaches to walk and the resort is within walking distance to downtown and the marina where there are tons of restaurants to choose from. The activity staff of Silvia, Daniel. and Max keep the guests entertained and energized with activities ranging from Texas Hold 'Em, water aerobics and volleyball, and cooking and mixology classes. All of the staff at the Rosé work hard to make sure you have the best stay ever. I highly recommend this resort

We got the junior suit through chase travel as all inclusive package. The resort is right next to a swimmable beach which is quite convenient. Originally I wanted to book its sister property, Pueblo Bonito Los Cabo (Blanco), after reading someone’s review saying the rose is more family friendly, we decided to book the Rose instead. The Rose is an older hotel. There was no welcome drinks or anything, unlike other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in Cancun. The check in desk was small. After receiving our bracelet at check in, we went and had lunch first as our rooms were not ready. After lunch at the pool side restaurant, we went to our room 2011, only to find that 2 workers were still painting the room. Of course we were not about to stay in a freshly painted room to endure the smell, so we went back to the from desk and asked for a different room. This time we were offered a map with different available rooms to choose from. We ended up with 5020, which has no ocean view but as it was on higher level, the view is better when we walked in the corridors. There’s 3 restaurants in this resort and 2 next door which is included in the all inclusive. The Italian restaurant has a surcharge of 400 pesos per person with the All inclusive plan. We were unable to make a reservation same day for a reasonable dinner slot as it’s quite popular. We did the restaurant reservations through the concierge . Too bad I didn’t think of booking activities through the concierge while I was there. We wanted to do the boat tour to lands end and asked the guys on the beach who was stationed right in front of the hotel. Filipe said he is associated with the hotel so we booked the boat ride with snorkeling with him for $45 per person. There was another couple on the boat who were staying at the Blanco. When I asked how much they were paying, they only paid $15 each at the concierge and another $10 each for adding the snorkel tour.! Guess we learned our lesson! We were able to bargain with Filipe when we came back from the tour and ended up paying $130 total for the 4 of us. Still a lot more than the couple who went on the exact same trip as us.
