We have been to this resort many times. Tezuna restaurant is one of our favorite restaurants within the hotel chain. Manuel and Moises are two servers that do an amazing job. They are attentive to the customer’s needs and have fun attitude leaving us with a smile. Great service!

The pools were freezing cold! No heat whatsoever!! They really have to turn the heat on!! Little children were crying and wouldn't get in. At the main and sky pools!

We were served by Amelio at the adult pool and he was excellent. Very accommodating and attentive! Would definitely visit again

We enjoy this resort. We saw some whales just thru main pool. I like our waiter - Roberto at main pool. He made sure everyone in his area is happy. We plan to come back for sure.
