The hotel is very good. There are three sister stores in total. They are rose, this one and sunset beach. The environment is very comfortable, and the room is also very cool. It is suitable for a family to stay in winter vacation. There are up to six people in a room.

We just returned from a fantastic week in this resort. This is a small resort with some 150 rooms, which makes it intimate and cosy. Yet guests have access to the adjacent Rose resort as well as the Sunset beach resort, to which free shuttles are available. It is situated on the beach which is swimmable (rare in Los Cabos). Our one bedroom apartment had magnificent views of the sea and was extremely comfortable. The resort facilities cover anything one needs and are well-kept. Both restaurants and bars provide great food and service and the pool service was also great. What made our stay unforgettable was the excellent staff in Las Palomas restaurant in the resort. Special thanks to the one and only Martin de los Santos, waiters Martin, Gaby, Mayo and Arely. A fantastic bunch! Whilst the buffet restaurant in the Rose resort was below par, we had some great meals in Sunset Beach, notably the Bistro and the Market Place. All in all, a perfect beach holiday!

All inclusive que es un verdadero fraude, la comida es pésima, el buffette no esta bueno ni para un perro, la comida a la carta muy mediocre y el servicio es pésimo! El hotel es bonito, la playa hermosa! Lástima de comida y servicio! Dejaron a una señora con discapacidad y 5 personas mas esperando 45 minutos una mesa, y al pasar ese tiempo nos dieron 2 mesas separadas para una familia de 6 personas, me asomé a ver si había mas mesas y sorpresa había 5 mesas para 6 personas desocupadas! Supongo que la idea es que no se usen los restaurantes a la carta si ya pagaste el plan de All inclusive y mejor vayas al incomible buffette y dejes el espacio para quien va a pagar en ese momento el consumo! En las habitaciones no te dan ni agua y si la pides te la limitan! El servicio a la habitación se tarda mas de 1 hora y media en llegar y aunque hayas pagado el all inclusive te limitan las porciones jajajaja es ridículo! Las habitaciones son viejas, el clima en algunas habitaciones no se puede regular o lo dejas prendido y mueres de frío o lo apagas! Esto explicado por el técnico del propio hotel jajaja increible! Jamás volvería a un pueblo bonito! JAMÁS!

Escogimos este hotel por el excelente servicio e instalaciones de MAZATLÁN, la sorpresa es que no le llega ni a los talones el servicio al cliente, el bar de cilantros y palomas un servido malo, malacarientos con los nacionales, las meseras del restaurante de sushi igualmente muy mal servicio hacia nosotros, en la playa el capitán nos corrio de los camastros diciendo que estaban reservados como beneficios para sus clientes elite, dándonos cuenta que ni siquiera eran clientes pues ni brazaletes tenían, eran personas que les ofrecen experiencias para venderles sus tiempos compartidos, no hay problema, el problema es lo grosero y despota que fue al pedir las cosas, cuando llegaron esos “clientes” a ellos los trataban de lo mejor poniéndoles sombrillas extras, camastros, toallas etc, cuando a nosotros ni el mesero Gerardo se acercaba, cuando se acercó nos atendió a fuerza sin ganas, el capitán no recuerdo su nombre pero era Moreno delgado del lado de cilantros. This was our second time at Blanco, and our 2nd stay was just as good as the first. When we arrived there was a group of high school graduates that made it a little crowded, but they cleared out the next day. The resort is a little outdated, but is always so clean that I can easily overlook the outdated room.....we were really only in the room to sleep anyway! It was easy to get into each restaurant. Juan and Ivan at the pool were very attentive and kept our drinks filled all day. Palmermo's was our favorite place for breakfast and Ariela was the perfect smiling host and the waiters Reymundo and Alfredo were exceptional. We did go visit Sunset one day but couldn't even get up to the infinity pool because of a private wedding. We love Blanco!

This hotel has horrible service at the two restaurants. We tried eating at the Palomas restaurant twice and walked up with our 4 kids and were told they were too busy and to go to the buffet at the sister hotel in the rose . Ximena told me their kitchen was closing in 15 mins and they couldn’t give us a table because they were closing at 10pm, when the lobby confirmed they closed at 10:30. My husband walked by 10 mins later and say a couple with 2 kids get seated immediately with a warm welcome. Clearly they prefer to cater to white guests vs Mexican. If you’re Mexican go somewhere else so they don’t discriminate you.

El servicio muy lento se tardaban 1 hora o más en traer unas bebidas y los restaurantes estaban a la mitad de la capacidad y tuvimos q esperar mucho por una mesa por que dicen que hay muy poco personal y no pueden llenar las mesas, muy poca disponibilidad para solucionar y hasta groseros los empleados. Martín del área de alberca muy grosero.
