If you want to know more about the town of Cabo San Lucas, local bars and restaurants, walk around the pier and visit shops, Hotel Tesoro is very conveniently located. This hotel has a breakfast option, which is great. The main disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the beach, 15-20 minutes walk.

Confusion on check in as we were charged sanitation and environmental fee but our booking said we had already paid that to Trip.com. My room was great - but friends room had issues (door fell off hinges, safe didn't work and hot water didn't work - when maintenance came to fix a yellow sludge came out of the pipes!), Awesome a la carte breakfast on ground floor (could have buffet of ALC) with delicious fresh food (much nicer than buffet). Fabulous location on the marina and free parking. This is my second stay and would stay again. This was my first Trip.com experience so was cautious - but it was awesome. I got a great hotel in Cabo for the lowest price of all platforms.
