We came here for a bday celebration with a group. I would not return here due to the lack of activities/festivities. The butler room/service is definitely not worth the extra money as they don't do anything for you that you can't take care of yourself. If you want to sit at the pool and read a book this is the place for you. They claimed the hotel was at capacity however that was clearly not the case. Food was lacking in all the ways compared to the sister resort. Best part of the trip was the "mixologist" in the airstream. He is very talented and deserves some recognition for his creations. We would definitely not be back here. The tower rooms are not extravagantly different from the normal rooms. There was no music, no vibes, not even background noise and it appears that everything in certain restaurants was an inconvenience esp the sushi spot. We will not be back.

Hannia and Edwardo are the absolute best! They helped us with daily activities to the occasional trip to the dive location. Do you travel to the Pacifica, ask for those two! We’re going back in a few months and will request them to be part of our team. Thank you!

The Siempre Restaurant at Pacifica provided amazing food and service! Marco, the super busy man, is the Manager for Siempre and the pool restaurant. He is truly amazing and makes each guest feel special. Florinda, Carlos, Oscar,Pilar, Javier and Anna are all exceptional servers at Siempre. They zip around and accommodate all requests from guests. They never stop working for 8 hours, 6 days a week. The entire staff at Pacifica are all truly exceptional. Their service, their work ethic, and their professionalism makes each trip memorable. This is my favorite place to come for 2 weeks in July and November.

Pacifica at Pueblo Bonito is beautiful and the staff is ridiculously AWESOME! If you can get Hannia and/or Eduardo for your butler/s, you're in for the absolute BEST experience. I can't even put into words how AMAZING they are! They cater to your every need, and even brought aloe, cucumbers and cool towels to my room for my sunburn! If you're lucky enough to get them, please take care of them. They'll surely take care of you!!!

My family had an amazing time at the Pueblo Bonita Pacifica celebrating Blue October and My Birthday! The Resort was so intimate and we really enjoyed having Hannia and Eduardo helping us to plan any activities, dinner reservations and meeting any of our dietary needs! They are a great team and we miss them already!! We also really appreciated how accommodating Isiais (VIP Lounge) was with our gluten and allergy issues! We had amazing food without the worry of getting sick!Cant wait to go back in the future would highly recommend staying here!

We've stayed in the Towers a few times and on the other side of the resort several times. We just spent 5 days in the Towers and the experience was excellent. Hannia and Jonathan went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Hannia worked extra hard to accommodate all our requests and did so graciously snd eagerly. I can't say enough good things about her and the resort as a whole. It's a beautiful and amazing place to stay.
