Friendly staff, decent breakfast, allows us to park front of hotel for loading and unloading.
Some of the pools are closed due to out of service though.

Had a lovely stay at ensana buxton crescent. Spa facility is fantastic. Its nicely scented everywhere at the hotel. Breakfast is delicious, very high quality ingredients. The crescent room is spacious. For this price and the quality of food and facility, i doubt if you can find anything better than this in uk.

温泉設施相對於buxton其他兩家來説是最多的，徒步完或者goape完來泡泡，非常幸福。spa需要提前預約，還不錯，做完一定多喝水。然後因為市中心超小，所以去哪裡都很方便。住的還ok。不過早餐一般般，雖然可以點熱的早餐，但nono有的部浩遲。

平安夜入住的新月酒店，讓我大失所望🥹
以下是真實的入住體驗，希望酒店能有所改進：
1.酒店餐廳水準有待提高：菜品味道很一般；服務員有點呆😔早餐是半自助的，但遲遲沒有服務員來點單。好在早餐還算好吃😋
2.早上吃完早餐還沒沒有退房，房間感覺有人進去過，估計是保潔打掃到一半發現客人還沒退房，酒店甚至沒有提前聯繫表示歉意。（p9）
3.床品非常難受，被芯被罩一直會分離。一張大床是又兩張小床拼起來的。
4.温泉不暖和，温温冷冷的，大冬天的體驗感太差，不過可能英國人就愛這個温度。
5.房間還算寬敞整潔。但結合其他入住體驗，個人認為沒有很對得起三千RMB這個價格🙂
